I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent through laing and simmons merrylands the people in the office are so uptight and very rude! There always making excuses and always turning it back on the tenant you need to continuosly follow up as they dont get back. Why be hired in the real estate field if you can't be bothered doing your job properly all they say is its not my job, its not my job you need to do it. If i could give a no star rating i would i am absolutely disgusted with the team and their service. NAME AND SHAME they deserve to be shut down.

It's great when looking to buy, sell or invest or simply rent. Helpful staff, friendly & handy 2mins from Merrylands railway station, good if you're travelling by public transport and also i had one of the agents DANIEL EID show me a property that i was hoping to buy but was sold but i had a look at another and absolutely fell in love with it location location was great for me as I rely on public transport & the property is brand new i really hope that i get the keys to my brand new home soon! This property agency is one of the best in Sydney. They have always taken care of me and they are amazing. They are fair and reasonable and hands down the best property management agency.

Louis was a professional who took his time to explain the lease and confirm details. I found the whole process to be easy and without stress

Not professional and liars. Submitted my application to rent a property 20 minutes after the first inspection on Saturday. Got a call from Louis Maroun 9am Monday to say my application was with the landlord and I would be hearing back within 1 to 2 business days. So I waited until Wednesday lunchtime to call them to see if I could do anything for my application. I got told nothing I could do and the landlord was still "making a decision". Well I contacted them today at 4: 45pm asking the status of the application and got told that "the landlord is still making a decision and it could take a while".

So I decided to actually look up the property and what do you know.the status is now:

"APPLICATION APPROVED DEPOSIT TAKEN
3/46 THE TRONGATE, GRANVILLE"

Liars and time wasters. They could have just told me on the phone either of the 2 times I chased up saying someone else was selected. Just another pathetic real estate agent company that demands "non-refundable" deposits even if you don't end up getting the place.

Thank you Tony for helping my dad purchasing his family home in Merrylands.it pleasant working with him, he is very patient, respectful and punctual and know his job very well. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking or selling a house.

We just met Nawal today with inspection on 25/206 burnett st May's Hill. We are very happy with her and she is very polite person, keeps smiling and loves to help people. Looking forward to meeting more people like her.

We have been contact to your agent on Saturday and they were send electrician to check over electricity issues till to Monday we couldn’t get electricity,
Now we have to empty our fridge throughout everything to rubbish bin any other issues we are facing now,
Who is the responsible.
