If you are thinking to rent from them don’t they are so bad they don’t give you your bond in time don’t do it

George was absolutely professional and had great attention to detail when we purchased our house. He took care of both sides of the coin (seller and buyer). Definitely recommend George to those looking to either buy or sell their property.

There’s nothing more painful than trying to get your bond back with this agency. They try to frustrate you, tell lies and they are not to be trusted when it time to get your bond back. Don’t ever trust them with your bond period!

They are not care about tenant after you sign the lease specially FEEDA she was so rude and disrespectful

George got me a record price in castle hill $4.65m for my home. Feeda and the office now manage my portfolio and my families. Although its not there area they have time and time again proven to be outstanding. I am using them currently to sell other properties. Thanks for the great work.

Very bad and unprofessional services. They are going to long holiday and doesn't notify their tenants. When someone calling to office saying.we are comeback after holiday.

Deceptive and non responsive. Landlords beware. Go with a different property manager in Merrylands.

If you report them something relate to property, they will respond in two months time which isn't acceptable.

I have experienced the services of many different estate agents, and I never felt comfortable and satisfied with the service I was receiving.

I was referred to Laing and Simmons by a friend of mine, and I was delegated with a real estate agent named Feeda. I must say, I have never received such great service other than from Feeda, as she communicating and receiving and advice from her, was effective, efficient and exponentially helpful.

If you after an agent how will take care of your property like no other can, I highly recommended Feeda.
