Been around 2 years with Laing Simmons. Property manager, Gabby was always friendly, professional, helpful. Always open to help with smooth&quick communication. I would totally recommend!

I recently moved from one of the L&S properties in Blacktown and the bond was literally raided by the agent, Gabby Naethuys.
I had photos when we moved in of the 'issues' they encountered with the property; some of these pictures were actually taken by them HOWEVER despite my numerous attempts to get an answer on their reason to take hundreds of Dollars from the bond, I am still waiting for answers.
Gabby was a good agent.until we notified we were moving out. She never encountered an issue with the property during the property inspections, we always paid rent weeks in advance, kept the house super clean despite the constant rain damage inside the house.
I hope this review helps someone.be very careful with L&S Blacktown.

No confirmation calls after submitting the application. I rang twice to follow up and came to know that the property has been leased. Got a call from LSblacktown after three weeks telling me that my application is rejected.worst service.

It has been such an easy process to deal with Sam Dalby and Melissa Hillsley.
Sam was amazing to deal with as he got my property on rent in just 1 open home. I had my unit available for rent with another real estate for over 6 weeks and they could not fine me a tenant. Sam managed to find a tenant so swiftly and quickly.
The whole process of paperwork was was so efficient that I could not have expected anymore. Everything was accurate and precise. Moreover Sam helped with other property related issues as well. Very efficient in returning phone calls and always follows up. Great work Sam!

My family and I applied for a rental property before Christmas. All the applications and the documents required were submitted the night of the inspection day. I called the next day to check on the progress of the applications and ensure they received my emails, I was advised that they have indeed received the paperwork and are discussing the applications with the owner and will get back to me the next day which was the 22nd of December, however; never heard from anyone. They were shut over the Christmas period and New Years, I called on Monday the 8th again to check the progress, the response was that they were shut for two weeks and they are doing their best to go through all the applications and they will have a response for me on Tuesday. I checked online yesterday, only to find the property is off the market. Thank you very much for the WASTE of time. An email, a phone call or even a text to any of applicants would have been appreciated.

Defiently recommend Sam Dalby from Laing+Simmons so easy and friendly to deal with. Would suggest everyone to come and talk to him about any property needs.

Recently I have been very disappointed with the poor service.
Staff are very polite but lack of professionalism and respond time is slow.
Properties not well inspected and cleaned for open home inspection. Been with L & S for over 10 years.
