Laing and Simmons Blacktown

Laing+Simmons Blacktown currently manage a couple of investment properties for me, I find their fee reasonable and fair, statements are always accurate and on time and any issues are quickly resolved, my property manager Yolanda keeps me fully updated in a timely manner and her property reports are well presented and easy to read highlighting any problems or maintenance issues promptly and avoid unnecessary costs. I'm happy to recommend this real estate business to all my friends and contacts.

L+S Blacktown managed my property years ago so when I decided to lease it again they were the first people I contacted, and thanks to Matthew Armanda, I didn't need to shop around.
From first contact he was friendly, professional and nothing was too much to ask. Communication was fantastic, he kept me up to date with everything and was very knowledgeable about the current market and area and found tenants for my house within a day of being on market.
Very impressed with his services and would happily recommend Matthew and the L+S Blacktown team to anyone looking for property managers!

Matthew Armanda has done an excellent job in getting a tenant for my unit in less than a week and without having to go to market!
Matthew was very professional, polite and nothing was ever a problem for him, even when I would message him after hours. He was quick to respond to any concerns or questions that I had.

For now I am also going with their property management service for the unit, so far so good hopefully they have keep up to my expectations in regards to the service that Matthew has delivered. If they can do that then I wont hesitate to recommend that service as well.

Rebecca Crowley has not a grain of decency due to her judgementallity. When she has no idea what people are going through. When she stuffed us around for days gave us hope and then didn't bother getting back to us. Never had such a bad experience. I mainly have leased in the city and inner west and always were contacted back on the outcome, not at Blacktown Liang and Simmons Rebecca is going on like she is leasing a Double Bay Mansion. When the house was $450 a week. Thanks for letting parents suffer anxiety. We were warned that this agency is not very professional.

The real estate does not communicate well with people who are interested with their properties. Very poor communication. Not friendly staff.

Especially Ellie Harrington, She was my property agent. These guys are professional and quite responsive.they understand your problems and act swiftly. In short they are quite genuine.

Dennis Joseph from Laing and Simmons Blacktown was the perfect choice I made in 2020 with the crazy year it became as I was wanting to sell the property and within weeks covid19 pandemic hit. I became a bit hesitant and needed to rethink my decision as I had a price point I was wanting to achieve in order to have a profitable & successful sale, Dennis reassured my family & I that he will do everything he can even with guidelines that fell through for open homes to get us potential buyers even if he had to come after hours to show them our property. During my initial appointment as Dennis gave our home appraisal is what made my decision easier because he was very friendly and sat down to understand our family background and keep in mind what we are after with the selling guide but to not also give us any false hopes which is what usually happens with some agents unfortunately. We sold the house with a very successful auction for a price that was just over what we were after which is an added bonus. Dennis and I are still in touch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
