Laing and Simmons Blacktown

I have just appointed Laing+Simmons Blacktown Managing Agents for our Investment Property. I have been dealing with Rosa Ienna. Rosa was a delight to deal with during our search for a managing agent, she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend Rosa and Laing+Simmons Blacktown to anyone considering a Leasing Management Agency agreement.

Been with Laing and Simmon for almost 5 years and I am glad to have allowed them to manage 2 rental properties that we have. The staffs of Laing and Simmon specifically, Yolanda and Rosa are always an e mail away. Never failed to reply back in a sec.they are accommodating, understanding and honest, efficient and organized.

Kathy Carroll is the worst thing that could happen to Laing & Simmons Blacktown. She is the most disrespectful, impolite, discourteous bigot I’ve ever met. Lying & attempting to steal bonds of tenants to support their shonky business is just the tip of the ice berg. Keep every email & take them to tribunal is my best advice as they will go above & beyond to steal from you. She even laughed & said the principle of L&S Blacktown laughed at my complaint email about her to him after she called my family and I pigs. Good to know he condones such behaviour from his agents. Thank god for Tribunal!

Yolanda has always been very helpful, in my dealings with her, and I have a high regard and respect for her professionalism.

The worst quality offered to landlords, better call it tenants agent not a real estate agent, dealt with Corrina which made me hate this place.would never recommend

Laing+Simmons Blacktown manage a couple of investment properties for me, I find their fee reasonable and fair, statements are always accurate and on time and any issues are quickly resolved.
My property manager Yolanda is proactive and keeps me fully updated in a timely manner and her property reports are well presented and easy to read highlighting any problems or maintenance issues and promptly recommends how to rectify and avoid unnecessary costs. Yolanda Gebrael has restored my faith in property managers.
Within a few weeks she has put everything in order, this included ensuring my properties all have current lease agreements, dealing with a tricky situation of a tenant leaving and immediately finding a new tenant. She provides sound guidance on any questions that I have raised. I have been very impressed by the solutions she has provided, her solutions really show the amount of experience she has in property.

She has been proactive in reaching out and ensuring that my properties are being well managed. She quickly responded to any questions that I had, be it via email or phone. With Yolanda, I have never felt the need to chase up for a response, all responses are also at a level of detail that I don't have to keep going back and asking more questions.
