I recently started a small business and have been going to Koch & Co for most my stuff and every time I'm there everyone has a smile on their faces, is willing to help and is so friendly. I love this store and what it has to offer and even better the customer service is the highlight for me. Thank you Koch & Co!

I made 2 separate orders over 3 weeks and each order had an item not delivered (even after online confirmation and payment taken), the first time I had to call to be notified that the item purchased was out of stock, the second time I was simply sent a refund email notification with no detail of the product. Items that I did receive were below average quality. Very unprofessional and inconvenient experience. I have never had retailer not deliver an item after payment taken and expect customer to accept a refund. I do not recommend this retailer.

Wonderful business to purchase from - our sales representative, Carolyn W, is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her. We have been purchasing from Koch for many years and will continue to do so - just love the new products they are constantly adding. Thank you!

I have been using Koch & Co.since I first started my dried flower business over a year ago. It was only a few days ago Sarah called me from Koch to say she would be my personal assistant to help me with any ordering/products etc! I made an order and advised Sarah to post it out asap, and she got it sent out within 24 hours! She also added in products which I forgot to put onto my order. With Covid occurring and postal delays of upto 10 days to send out, this service now has made it all so much easier for businesses like mine and turnaround times. The lovely service ontop makes it even better. Thank you Sarah!

This team is amazing they will always go above and beyond for your business big or small, even a general customer! From packing to customer service they are all so helpful and kind! I ordered a helium tank kit online last Monday and I missed the note on delays with dispatching orders due to covid. I rang on the Friday as I needed the tank by the following Tuesday and asked if the order could be expedited. I was told that they would dispatch the order and I would hopefully get it by the Tuesday.
I was blown away when the order came today, on the Monday. Now I'm able to inflate balloons tonight and fill the room with balloons ready for my daughter's 1st birthday tomorrow! It will be in lockdown but at least we will have floating balloons:) Thank you Koch & Co!

My package was delivered in a very timely manner. I had spoken with customer service in regards to my order and the were amazing and so easy to deal with. Thank you again

I have been in events for over 12 years and have dealt with international suppliers across the globe. My experience with Koch & Co safe to say has the the best in customer service that I have come across thus far. I spoke to Alison M.who not only helped me get my order and account set up with an impossibly tight turn around but she also ensured our order was delivered on time (earlier than one time!) in a lockdown COVID situation.

It's safe to say that it's experiences like this that make loyal customers! The products are great but the overall customer experience has been even better! Thank you Koch & Co! Alison is a star.

Although busy at all times.this place has everything. The staff are great and take the time to assist you to find what you are looking for. Prices are reasonable as well. Parking is ok, but not a real issue.

The only issue I have is the customers who don't know how to drive that come here. Be warned.

We are delighted with this supplier both for the quality and variety of the products and for the great professionalism and kindness of its customer service.

Cannot recommend Koch highly enough for customer service and products. I ordered incorrectly and the girls I spoke to fixed everything for me straight away, nothing was too much for them. Very impressed with them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
