Definitely a 5 star. I first spoke with Donna and she was so helpful and amazing. I then had to ring back and spoke with Lauren, honestly I was not expecting the same level of customer service and assistance, but she was also amazing. They were both so helpful and really went out of their way to help me put together gift ideas. A credit to Tammy who is leading and guiding a great team and ensuring that Customer Service is at a high level. Will highly recommend and would definitely purchase again through them.

An absolutely wonderful store, perfect for small business entrepreneurs and an amazing selection of fow flowers and home decor.

Really wanted to place an order however they don’t allow orders if it’s less than $50 which is disgusting considering they still charge $15 postage never heard of this before. Will have to now shop elsewhere

There is never any parking and it’s really frustrating and time wasting. I always just end up leaving because of this. If trying to run a big business supply the right amount of parking for your customers.

Great if you have wedding diy projects to do. Lots of artificial flowers if you are into that thing, but also vases, candles, easels, other decorations, etc.for competitive prices.

Full collections of everything you need for floral decorations. I enjoy shopping there because the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

A wonderland full of more silken blooms than you could possibly imagine in a kaleidoscope of colours only limited by your imagination. This gem of a warehouse is found in the outskirts of Auburn. Highly recommended to all flower arranging enthusiasts

My fiance bought a wedding wishing well from this company. And it's all falling apart. Ridiculously bad quality. We had to superglue all the sides together and it still doesn't hold. Very disappointed with this product. Just awful.

I placed an order for multiple items. 2 were apparently out if stock. I received no notification and refund was only processed on day other items were delivered. Not on day order was partially fulfilled. Upon receiving partial order I sent emails to enquire. The responses were varied and some very stern in reply. One staff member offered to help as on day of delivery, the not in stock items, were indeed available. I followed staff members email and next day made a call to the company. This started hours of going around in circles. Other staff saying how I was told to reorder was incorrect. More instructions and phone calls just to get items reordered. Customer service training is definitely required for this company. Thankfully, true to her word, the reordered items arrived in time. I tried to put this review on the company website and they gave stopped it but the positive ones for other items have been allowed. Instead they have emailed to say someone will contact me. So they are not allowing honest reviews whether positive or negative on their website.

Since meeting our account manager Sarah Marci, shopping has been a breeze with Koch & Co. I ordered pots on a Friday from here in Melbourne and they were on my doorstep by Wednesday! I'm so happy that I can now get my deliveries from Sydney even faster with Sarah's help! Sarah is also very friendly and fantastic with any questions you might have.

Unfortunately amended review! Very disappointing I was dealing with Amy in customer service who advised my order would be ready for collection unfortunately on arrival staff in store were rude, abrupt and the order was not completed in fact it was missing 70% of order. The disrespectful nature and energy in store is flat and unhelpful!

If you are looking for good quality products, then this is the place to shop at. I took a chance on buying a couple of fake palm trees online and was given Koch & Co, as a recommendation from a coworker and I couldn’t have been happier with the quality and appearance of this purchase. It’s always a little scary purchasing things like this online because it wasn’t a cheap item, but it was well worth the purchase and I’m planning on purchasing more there. I’m so happy to have found this store.

I had a order that needed to be delivered quickly. Sarah in Customer Care went out of her way to make sure my order was delivered on time - in fact, it arrived one day early, even better considering the lockdown situation in NSW. Numerous phone calls and follow up - exceptional customer service. Thank you Sarah, your exemplary service was very much appreicated.

Love the collection at this shop; Have bought some good quality products from here before; Recently ordered a few things online which were perfect for a small gathering I planned; There was an issue with customer service which their team promptly resolved. I got the order delivered in time for the event and as before, excellent quality products!
