The only reason I’m giving my purchase 2 stars is because of Sarah…
This must be the worst purchase I’ve made/received this season. Ordered 12 gold candles…not sure if they were just getting rid of old stock or what, but firstly, more than I’d have liked were “dented” (from the packaging maybe, who can say?) and as I was taking off the wrapping, some of the gold came off too!
Too late to return them as I need them unfortunately, otherwise I’d have asked for my money back…may not look like much but when they are the main feature, it’s disappointing…

Avoid their online ordering; it's incredibly slow! They bombard you with three invoice emails, causing confusion about your order readiness. Having to call them each time is terrible service!

Ordered online and they shipped fast. Quality of the items is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable! I will definitely be purchasing again and highly recommend them!

Amazing! Placed an order yesterday, requested and received an invoice and low and behold goods delivered this morning - absolutely amazing customer service, fast delivery - definitely by first go to for future purchases for click and get.

I ordered cellophane rolls on line after speaking to a lovely young lady on the phone she helped me with my enquire and after placing my order on line my order was dispatched on the day and I received it to my home in Perth within a week. Great service I will certainly be ordering again

I just LOVE Koch & Co! I accidentally stumbled across their website a couple of years ago and I've been buying from them ever since. I've recommended them highly to friends also and they've been amazed at the selection and the prices! There are thousands of products available and I've been very happy with absolutely everything I've purchased from them. Everything from home decor (amazing artificial flowers and greenery, indoor plants etc.) to wrapping supplies, to dining table enhancements. And their Christmas selection is both beautiful and high quality. I could go on forever, but suffice to say I highly recommend Koch & Co for both quality and price. Go on - you won't be disappointed!

Koch & Co customer service is exceptional.
I personally ordered material to be delivered on time and Mel did everything in her power to assist.

I purchase my hamper and party needs regularly from Koch. In my last purchase I received a candy jar with a chipped lid. I contacted Koch and sent them a photo asking what can be done about this problem. Koch promptly responded asking me what I would like done. I asked for a replacement to be sent out please. I received my replacement jar yesterday which was perfect. Thank you Koch team for the great service and lovely products. 1 very happy Koch customer.

These guys have the best prices on helium balloon kits. I ordered 2 kits last minute for my daughters birthday. I was worried they wouldn't be delivered on time, so I called and asked if I could pick up my order in-person. A lovely assistant called Stacey expedited my order, assured me it would be on time and got it delivered to me with plenty of time. This kind of service is rare. Thanks Stacey!

I am so in love with these straw bales, just perfect as a prop for our Wedding Events. The whole process was so easy, friendly and they came so fast, packaged well. The customer service is awesome. I will be defiantly buying more from Koch & Co

This review is directed to one of the workers at the Auburn location who came out to the carpark after her shift ended at approx 5: 25 on 20/01/23 and took a photo of me parked in a disability spot. I was sitting in my car, on the phone waiting for my wife to get her click & collect items which we had called earlier and explained our arrival time.

I found it super disrespectful that the worker had the audacity to take an unsolicited photo instead of approaching me and addressing what her issue was. Funny enough I do have a disability permit in my glovebox which I would have presented if I were approached or had walked in with my wife. My wife had taken less than 5 minutes to return to the vehicle mind you.

I found this behaviour highly unprofessional which needs addressing. I would appreciate management to intervene and address this concern to that staff member so this form of discrimination does not reoccur to others and would appreciate those photos to be deleted before legal action is taken.

Outstanding service provided by Tammy, Aimme and the team, highly recommended, great range of products. Fast service and delivery.

Every experience/ transaction with Koch has been positive and easy.

The orders are always quickly dispatched, well packed and value for money.
The customer helpdesk is fantastic, if they don't know the answer, they will find it for you.

How does a company make so many mistakes? Ordered "in stock items" only to be told "they are not in stock" when it came to packing. Order arrived today, missing multiple items that had been "forgotten" to be packed apparently, and informed by customer service when I phoned them, that they were indeed "in stock" later to be informed again by this same representative, that they were not in stock, unfortunately. Had to make various communication attempts to ensure that the misplaced items would be reshipped urgently. Yet to know the ending of the story! I am sorry to say that this has not been an isolated event - hence, my negative review today. I do hope they seek to improve their customer service as they have such potential with their product lines.

When the service is outstanding, how not to take 5 mins.to leave a review and tell everyone know how lovely Stacey is doing her job!

I bought all the Christmas decor for my business on the website of KOCH, without realizing they will arrive later than I expected (due to the busy season) So I reached out to the Customer Service team and I just can say that Stacey was amazing, she gave me the best advice to get my order sooner and she helped me through the whole process in real-time, I didn't need to wait two days for each reply of my emails which is amazing. Now I'm enjoying all my beautiful products and I have everything prepare to the big installation on Monday Morning! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
