47 Really poor customer service. I’ve been trying to reach out to them since last month to enquire about my delivery (purchased on early October) which was suppose to be delivered by mid December however i never received it.
It’s also really hard to contact the Bankstown store as they hardly pick up or attend the phone calls.
Finally, I spoke to the sales representative yesterday afternoon, according to the lady, my order has already been dispatched and delivered but surprisingly, I never received the delivery. She had also advised that she will check with the company and a store manager and get back to me which didn’t happen till now
Shopped at Homebush store originally, and purchased some pieces. Homebush were not answering my calls about finalising payments. Then i visited Bankstown store and purchased some more pieces. I was met with Shabnam and Jeromi at Bankstown who handled everything with excellent service and professionalism and also answered the phones. Had a pleasant experience. Thankyou.
Koala Furniture has some beautiful pieces, very reasonable priced. The staff were kind and attentive. The staff at the Bankstown store were patient with our questions and often gave us good advice about selections. I’d recommend them highly

First time at Koala Living store and it was such a great experience. Beautiful layout, finally one unique store in this complex who carry beautiful deco and luxury furnitures. Awesome customer service from Shabnam, she explained how it all work at Koala Living and gave us options to customise colour without being pushy. She is so great finally we found the style we wanted and can't wait for it to be delivered. Highly recommended
I visited the bankstown store yesterday, both of the staff members were amazing and super helpful. After a long time a found the big coffee table i exactly needed! Thank you guys!
