The worst customer service I experienced in my life! We put a couch on hold to come back in the afternoon. We were 30min late due to traffic and they sold it. The store manager gave a smirk and said oh we sold it.didn't have any compassion or any regard of what customer service is! Will never buy or recommend koala living to my family or friends.

I recently purchased furniture from Koala Living Bankstown Showroom, and the experience was great.
The sales team was extremely helpful specially “Chris” is super nice person, he always respect and treat customers with courtesy and great manners. He provides exceptional customer services. It made my experience so much better. The product selection are amazing in this Koala Living showroom, all amazing furniture collections are just under one roof with huge discounts.

Koala living impressed me with their wide selection and modern designs. The customer service was helpful, addressing my queries promptly, and resolved matters efficiently, plus demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Moreover, the delivery was on time and I would consider shopping there again for their excellent product range.

I placed my order in December 2021 and they said it will around by February 2022. It never did. I had to wait 6 months for just my table nest side tables to come in. When I called every month, they would tell me by next month, which dragged until June 2022. I was so angry at them because they blamed Covid for the delay, which shouldn’t have taken 6 months. Never ordering from there again!
