We purchased 8 Dining chairs and 2 stools whilst on sale (50% off). Products were In stock so delivery is within 1 week where as we have been waiting over 12 weeks for products from competing stores.

Quality of the products are great especially for the price paid!

Best of all, the salesman (Thinley) from the bankstown store was knowledgeable and not pushy. Gave us space and was there when we had a question.

Highly recommend the store, staff and products.

Koala living more like not living… customer service here is absolutely horrible. They sound like they’re half asleep/ zombies over the phone. Its like they dont want to speak with you. We had multiple delivery issues including missing items and having a carpet that was folded by a toddler. Like seriously 550 bucks for a carpet that looks like that when it comes from delivery?

Upon asking why they said its normal. When i asked them about my missing item they said we arent sure where it is. After weeks of endless emails they finally sent the item.

You guys were good initially but now its a joke.

Staff in this branch are very helpful and accommodating. The store display and and set up are stunning. I recommend this shop for those looking for a unique house piece.:)

Very bad costumer service! They never answer the phone and make false promises on delivery dates. I strongly recommend reading all the reviews before ordering anything from Koala Living! Check out their Facebook and other reviews. Most people are unhappy with their costumer service, delivery and faulty products.

We had ordered Betty Bar Stools in peacock and on delivery we found that they did not fit our island. The team @Koala Bankstown was very helpful and made the exchange process very smooth and easy. Thanks Koala Living.

NO DELIVERY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY!

Ordered some items few months back and they promised it would be delivered end of Feb. After calling store being attended by someone that couldnt care less I was referred to the online customer service line where I waited over one hour over the phone to have someone that was rude and could not give me any answers where my order was and told me it would probably take another month! I asked this to be escalated and to be called by his manager but they never did. I will contact fair trading on this by the end of the week given they are misleading customers and try to avoid responsability using COVID always as an excuse
