JB Hi-Fi Tamworth

I restly went into the Tamworth Store to ask for some help and find a T. V.and Microwave. The girl in the phone section was so rude I went somewhere else and shopped. Very disappointed

Great friendly staff always willing to help. Love how if they don't have what you want they try to get it in for you or recommend another store.

I always visit this store when in Tamworth. Amazing range of electronics and best part, staff are always available to discuss products and answer questions. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Best place.

Friendly staff, helped me find what I was after quickly - a lot of similar places you stand around for ages waiting to get help but they were straight on it here! And like all JB's, great range and great prices.

Really good knowledge and helpful - spent ime to assist with comparison of same laptop or similar. They explained the workings well to someone who is techno challenging.
Great help and saved also by changing telco provider gatting another $200 off.

The shop is set out that you can easily find what you are looking for. The staff are helpful and friendly and it is centrally located in town for your convenience.

Had to return a portable charger because it want working, but the replaced it quickly and now it works, awesome customer service

The shop is quite compact as there is limited space. But overall, they have got all the everyday essentials available.

I had very little idea what I was buying stood around for 20min looking for a staff member to assist. One staff member in particular walked passed and then only cause I walked directly up to him did he have to answer a. Question for me.
