Today I was in the store, by myself trying to find the right product. I had amazing customer service from one of your staff, hid name was axl, he took me around expertly and made my day better.

We were served by Arthur almost instantly. He was very polite and patient and helped us with price matching our massage gun which was super. Quick, easy and pleasant experience. Thanks Arthur!

I think his name was Sebastian. I was a tad lost in the store so I went to counter and he was quite professional, he set me up to where I need to be! His customer service was incredible and I will be shopping at tam jb as long as he’s working.

Young male worker on Sunday & the young male worker today were great. But the female worker needs to learn manners & don't talk down to potential customers, as Tam JBHi-Fi nearly lost a sale of $1200 today because of her. I'm not stupid if I wanted to switch to telstra I would have!

It's ok in there. Store looks tired but that's what happens with alot of foot traffic. Found what the kiddy wanted for bday no probs. However we do not buy expensive electrical from in there as back up service when something goes wrong is poor. Always blame the customer (not a good idea when the customer has an electronics background) and basically refused any warranty.

A piece from my antenna connection snapped. I had been told that JB stocked all sorts of bits and pieces. I packed the connector into a snaplock bag and headed to the store. As soon as I entered a very pleasant young man approached and asked if he could help.
I showed him the broken connector and In no time at all, I was on my way home with a new connector to fix the problem.
Excellent customer service. Extensive range of products. Great price.

After a terrible experience with a telstra shop locking the door not letting customers in when my mobile was not working in the middle of the DAY.thankyou so much JB HI FI they came to my rescue and you would not believe it, they have telstra plans there at a much cheaper price and got a better deal on a great plan thankyou guys

This star is a dis satisfactory only for the lady staff who my husband said was the sales manager … Being a manager she was very rude and may be she was being racist to my husband.we had bought a jbl wave ear pods for me but the product as of my experience was not very good so we went to exchange or refund if possible. The product expert staff said he doesn’t know if they can refund but he said he had to go through all complaints process and can only see if the products can be refunded or replaced. But after hes done the complaints filing he said i was able to get a refund or replacement. We decided to take refund and when my husband approached to the counter, the lady so called sales manager, said my husband that she knows that the product is not faulty and will not refund so will give him a jbl credit instead. I was the person who used the product, and the product was not satisfying as it would fall down often, the sound was not loud enough even after putting the volume to highest and it took time to get connected to the device than any other device would take. I dont know why someone would behave that way to a customer. But that behaviour is really unacceptable.
However i hope the manger will read this and change her behaviour if she is the real sales manager there.
But i would like to add that the product expert staff who helped us that day to get the product complaint filled was very humble. He was very attentive and he helped us with all his best service, with his best knowledge. I would like to thank you mate to help us get my husband a new iphone. You’re a rockstar unlike other staffs. Jb hifi needs more staff like you. For you mate.

Always friendly service and went above and beyond to solve an issue that the manufacturer wouldn't take care of. Took responsibility and arranged an exchange. Excellent service.

Good selection of TVs, plenty in stock of the model I wanted. Staff are quick and loaded the TV's into my vehicle safely. Prefer their sales style to Harvey Norman. No pressure to buy, just informative and helpful.

I rang up to buy a PlayStation 5 and the guy at Tamworth store told me they had them but are not selling them to anyone at the moment which is very frustrating and not bery professional

Poor staff training results in bad customer service. The point of sale staff are very frustrating and lack professionalism. Good thing that JB Hi Fi have the monopoly on movies and music; otherwise they would go bust on their customer service capabilities.

Once again found a helpful sales person to answer my questions.
Took a while as not many staff late Thursday night.
But I found out the info I needed to know before I purchased.

The staff here are very helpful. If they don't have what you are after in stock, they will order it in for you and message you when it arrives.
