I've had to approach staff for help.
They don't seem to proactively ask if you need help.

No good stuff and unpleasant services, never wanna go there again.
Waste my money at the store, no worth for allthings.

Very helpful staff, went that little bit extra even when really busy Christmas eve. Made my shopping experience stress free and super fast.

Staff swearing at each other and not interested in serving customers, not a good look. I bought elsewhere.

Good store however parking can be a little bit challenging at times. A little bit of extra product knowledge will help as the Fenix 5 charging cable also fixed fits the new Fenix 6 in the Garman range.

After the way you treat your casual staff I Will never shop there again. Neither Will any of my friends or family.

Always greeted with a smile, very friendly staff, always up for a little joke and a laugh. They have a good range of products, catering for most people. If it's not in stock they will order it for you on the spot. It's always a good feeling walking in to the store.

I got a switch games for a friends daughter and found out she got it I call them to get a refund sir them to they’ll me I can’t because I ask if the had a thing if they did not like the game could you return it is it is not for me worst customer service ever had from JB unhappy lose customers for this

I recently purchased a new iPhone from Krishan at the Tamworth store. Krishan went up and above to transfer everything from the old phone across to the new one, which through absolutely no fault of his turned into an arduous task! His patience and perseverance is a credit to him and the Tamworth store. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service. Thank you Krishan!

VERY happy with the service from Michael and his crew at this store. They went out of their way to help me, and I ended up with a great home theatre setup just in time for lockdown. A+ (and I don't give many people this rating!)

Nice place to get your tech, but do your homework first. I went in to purchase a smartwatch. 4 out of the 6 questions that was "answered" was indeed incorrect. Fortunately for me, it worked out. Nice place, but don't go in for information.

Same as all the others. Crowded and untidy but that seems to be the norm for all JB's. Staff were helpful and we found what we needed. Sadly though the Sonos sound bar we came to see was not set up correctly to the TV so was unable to listen to it and the lovely lady who tried to help had no idea on how it worked. Ah well.
