Great range of product and service was good once i found a free staff member. Always ask for a cheaper price and staff will do their best to accommodate.

There is a very pronounced odour when you walk in. If anything the store is a biy tight to nabigate, the staff do their best but they do get plenty of tyre kickers so it understandable. They tend to have a good movie range.

Just go to the JB Hifi homemaker or what which is a few hundred metres from here. These guys dont have half the stuff. The homemakers store has it all!

As always trying to get served is an ongoing issue if you are searching for something. Range of gear is excellent though.

5* service, love that they don't waste space on old stuff like TVs and actually have space for gaming and eSports which lets face it, is way more interesting

Never comeback as been ofended by the disrespectful of counter, was way disappointed. But I leave 3 stars for a gentle guide whom has been patient for helping me adjusted the tune of my guitar.

15 minutes before closing we went in and wanted to buy a pixel phone as Father 's Day present but all the pixel 3 phone were out of stock

Think this one is just a bit understaffed, they had what I was looking for though. There is another JB close by where they fall over their feet trying to help you, had a better experience there personally.

Very friendly staff and great customer service. I had a pair of headphones that were not working how they were supposed, went into the shop, showed my receipt and walked out with a new pair of headphones that worked perfectly. All in less than 20 minutes.

Went in with a computer that had a defect. None of the staff were able to fix it, nor did they seem to have any clue about computers. To their defense, they were very friendly people but it would be nice to see some more professionals there to assist with a product that was quite expensive. The only thing they suggest I do is call the manufacturer and fix it myself. Very unhappy that I still have a faulty product.

Had multiple problems with some Jabra wireless headphones malfunctioning. Every time the team and Cat in particular were fantastically helpful, resolving the issue quickly and in a friendly fashion. Highly recommended.
