JB Hi-Fi Kotara - Westfield

I went here with a friend looking for a DVD.
One thing you cannot say about JB Hi Fi is that you are ignored, pounced on at least 3 times. All good

Michael was very helpful today with locating what I was after and provided knowledgeable support.

Came in with an issue with a malfunctioning phone and was helped by Jesse. The issue took quite a while to fix but Jesse was exceedingly patient and I left as a very happy customer!

Wouldn't let me into the store 5 minutes before closing time to pick up a phone ordered and paid for online.
Not happy.
And when I went back to pick it up they didn't have any of the phone cases left to sell me

Easy access, lots of parking and flow through shopping. Plenty to choose from with the shops.

Sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of choice on price and product brand

Was looking a particular DVD. They didn't have it but they did everything they could to see if they could locate it. Great service.

Brought my new phone there it's a vivo and I love it one of the best phones I've ever had

Great shop to go to. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buy anything that you may need or want. Mobile phones, CDs, plus other items. Worth a visit and look around. I'll be back there sometime in the future.

Very pleased with the customer service at JB. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted right away, the worker there Dave or Dylan was very helpful.

I really feel these stores have lost there grass roots, more like machine, if they done look like making a sale they will just go to the next customer their prices are OK often find better online but if you want it now

Great store and usually well stocked. Staff are usually friendly and helpful. Amazing selection of dvds, blu-rays, cd's and even a decent selection vinyl lp's. Their gaming and mobile sections are some of the best in the shopping complex. Not really a trolley or pram friendly store but it can be navigated with some minor difficulty in sections.

Helpful staff, found exactly what I was looking for. They did say if they didn't have what I was looking for to do to another store close by. They even rang the other store to make sure they had what I was looking for if they didn't have it available in their store.

Went in to go buy a reverse cam and some airpods to be completely ignored by staff and no one seemed to want to serve us.

The only JB I've been to that hasn't had tops service. Little staff attention.

Range is ok.

Depending on what you want, I would suggest EB Games, Officeworks or JB Home that are all nearby.
