It's a JB, the staff actively disinterested in customer service, and they will offer all the advice you want so long as you don't want it to even be remotely accurate.

Jb Glendale, always plenty of staff ready to help and has always had everything in stock I have needed.

Went lookin for a universal remote for our tv. The sales woman was very pleasant & helpful. Would go back in a New York minute.

Good prices and usually good quality products. Only issue I have is it can be very difficult to get assistance due to low staff numbers

Stood in the store for 20 mins asked for help several times, the only staff member even responded was to snap at me to say they were busy.

Not quite like other JB Hi-Fi stores. The staff are very. 'up themselves', to put it nicely.
Always standing in groups, having their school yard chats, instead of helping customers and when you do finally get their attention, it's a quick, few seconds of what they think you said.then you're forgotten.
My advice is to go the extra few miles to Charlestown Square store. You'll get far better service there.

Very helpful has changed a lot seem to be in a hurry to get you out of shop. No security at the doors. Counter to pay has been moved down the back find very strange.

Lots of staff all talking to each other in little groups, there was hardly anyone in the store and no-one offered to help even when I stood by them clearly wanting assistance. Have had this experience more than once at this store

Went there to get a new car radio and reversing camera fitted. The installer was professional and friendly did a good job in a timely fashion

Great variety. Takes a while to find what you want, although it is nice to browse and see what's available good specials for all genre's. Staff mostly knowledgeable and helpful. Equipment reasonable prices and a great variety with again good specials end of line when new models come out prices comparable. Great sized shop

Staff are very helpful because JB can be a bit overwhelming. Awesome place to shop and always bargains to be had
