Shopped their recently for a new phone, little phone guy not customer friendly rude, will never go back their again, will tell my friends also.

I love this shop. It is well laid out and the staff are extremely helpfully THEY NEED MORE. I was 3rd in line and the only man on duty in that section was sorting a problem for customer 1 which necessitated a lengthy phone consultation. I waited 15 minutes and had to leave. An extra staff member stepping in to help would have gained 2 sales because the other customer in line put down her desired purchase and walked out behind me. Not good today

Last 3 experiences here about a galaxy 21 untra outright spoke to a friend who works at kotata did you get the deal so you get the phone cheap on the telsra 5g network no they just sold me the phone. Sales person did their job. Last two times about smaller items couple of hundred each ticket price is the price. First time copped it was in a rush second time I walked out. Seriously managers need to be shot salespeople didn't want to do their job and I'm down what a grand because of it I'm a business owner and I wouldn't piss on the management or salespeople I have dealt with this place lately. Esp when a mate at kotara asked the questions they should have. Oh and about to open another business. Phones computers tablets software a raft of different products I'll will be purchasing but it won't he at jb hifi glendale sack management retrain the staff.

They say they sell guitar strings but alas you drive there and no sorry we don't sell them anymore, thanks guys

Very helpful staff. Didn't try to push us one way or the other. Gave us lots to think about before purchasing a new TV. We'll be back to buy when we've decided

Great place there are things they can work on here and there but so do all stores! I recently had surgery on my knee and while in store the staff even helped me get about! The staff are very friendly and are trying their hardest to help.

Nice large store and had a massive collection of records, CD's and movies. It also has alot of stock and I've never been in a situation where they didn't have what I needed.

I was in and out of the store very quickly finding exactly what I needed, which had been discounted down to a great price, and going straight through the checkout with next to no wait. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Good store. Staff seem to know about the gear and are generally friendly but had to pay for delivery at the warehouse since I was going to pick up my own TV which would fit in my car lying down but not upright. Have to transport it upright else the screen would crack. Had to wait a while to find customer service but it was on a busy day. Not as big as Kotara but overall a good store that's close and convenient

Friendly staff but unfortunately the phone I wanted was not in stock. I ordered on line instead and it arrived a day earlier than expected which was awesome. We were however able to purchase a DVD set we needed at a really cheap price as they always have a great selection

Great service, other stores need to lift their game to come close. Very informative on products and of course price is very good. Thank you to staff at Glendale store.

I've had a few bad experiences in this store with very rude staff in the TV section. Game staff are fine though. In my experience Charlestown and inside Kotara have been a lot better.

Couldn't find staff for 10 mins however 1 found me eventually and helped me buy a tv and chrome cast.
I like shopping here.

Staff just walked past and ignored us so we went to another chain a spent over a $1000 on a camera hope jb read this because I won't be going back

This place is great.good service and great prices. SO MUCH BETTER THAN GOOD GUYS EAST MAITLAND.
