I told the sales person how garbage my TV was she said to me they sold you the absolute worst TV
Then I got transferred to management he said and I quote " Do you think we are here for you? , we are here to make sales"

I find it strange how different JB stores are: last time I bought a phone from a store in QLD they looked on line for me and found one cheaper so they matched the price. I had left my one at home and could not do it myself. I was very grateful and thanked them immensely. I went to the Glendale store today and asked if they could check the price at Bing lee as I had left my phone at home they said no.no way. The assistant said I don't work for Bing lee so why should I.that is that. I must admit I was a bit shocked as if I had just said Bing lee was cheaper they would have looked anyway. I don't think it would have hurt the company to help me out as everyone is experiencing financial difficulty these days
I have purchased from this store a number of times without a problem, however recently I needed to return a pair of earbuds, 3-4 weeks after purchase, because they kept falling out of my ears. I was informed by the staff that they regarded this as a "change of mind" and refused a refund. I informed them the earbuds were not fit for purpose but they again refused a refund. I have to say I wont ever purchase from JB Hi fi again, I will use retailers that abide by Australian Consumer Law.
The security guard was more helpful than the staff with the phones.end up going to JB kotara getting my phone there cause of the lack of customer service at glendale
I’ve always found them good and honest but that goes for Kotara Westfield too. Unfortunately the negative at JB is something they cannot control, wear deodorant people! People shopping that stink oh and Glendale just have a unwise blend of ‘people’. I feel for the staff there having to deal with that bunch. Good job
I returned a faulty item for a replacement. I was treated like I was lying. We got past that and the guy who served me was nice, no issues with him.i grabed w things i needed and I stood in line as the next customer for 3 mins while the young ladies behind the counter ignored me. They all saw me and all chose to ignore me. The service and attitude I recieved from the 3 young girls is the worst I have ever experienced, I guess you really do get monkeys when you pay peanuts. Pathetic JB
We were served by a super friendly guy that had an amazing amount of knowledge when it came to electronics. He helped us with the laptop we wanted, the tablet for our youngest sons birthday, with a very suitable case, and a solid state drive for backing up our laptop before the transfer of files to the new one. I recommend looking for the young guy with long hair and glasses. You can't go wrong!

Ordered contactless click and collect. Followed the instructions on the email and parked out the front in the "Contactless Click and Collect" area. Waited, waited, waited. The delivery webpage said they would be right out. I needed to go inside the store and have contact with the staff to get my item. Don't offer a service if you're not going to follow through.
JB Glendale is great. Staff are friendly and will take time to see exactly what you need. Give you advice on products and answer any questions. JB is my go to store. I have purchased quiet a few items and always great experience. I gave them a 4 stars as any business allows for improvement.
3 stores had the same $4000 TV. Harvey norman and Bing Lee were willing to negotiate to get my business. Jbhifi at glendale basically said your moneys not important to us. Go elsewhere. Bye bye forever jbhifi:)
Excellent replacement service. Even with covid lockdown restrictions I was able to drop in a faulty DVD player, and get a better replacement for no extra. The process is done online, and the store contacted me for follow up options - refund or replacement. Handed over the dodgy DVD player, and picked up a new one. The staff I dealt with, Phil and Daniel, were very helpful.
The staff at the click and collect counter were lovely. I was impressed that they made sure I was the person who placed the order and also physically viewing phones when customers check in to ensure it was correctly 'Checked in

Only operating as click and collect during lockdown. Very fast service, ordered when on-site & received notification that my order was ready for collection within minutes.
Asked the person on the door who was the best person to talk too and another worker overheard our conversation and helped immediately. Really good experience and very helpful.
Staff were very knowledgeable and able to assist with specific needs relating to the purchase of a webcam. Store is currently click and collect only, however if you need assistance and have a smartphone the staff can discuss products and they send you a text message with your order where you just need to complete the purchase with card details. Very helpful service in difficult times.
