Easy to navigate and find what I was looking for, it was a quick trip in and out of the store as the format and layout meant I could find what I need quickly without having to wander around aimlessly.

Helpful staff, knowledgeable about the needs of different technology and good prices on what you need.

I cannot resist a JB Hi-Fi shop and this is one of the best. I only buy DVDs and usually bargains tempt me to buy more than I intended. The selection available is really good!

The female staff member who served me didn't seem to enthused in assisting me, I found a male staff member who was much more helpful and friendly to finalize the sale.

Poor service, had to change my purchased with warranty headphones and spent almost an hour for this procedure.

The guys here are always friendly and helpful. Some stores are russ, but the Galaries store are not

Lots of hit and miss with jb hifi but out of the different shops in Sydney these are better. More approachable and seem to care a bit more than any other jb hifi shops around.

I was at the store today wanting to buy a power bank. I had one in my hand and stood there for 15mins and no one approached me to ask if i needed assistance. Bunch of useless and lazy staff.

A guy called Dylan at the Sydney City store just served me and he's got to be the most helpful person alive. I came into the store looking for an AC unit only to discover that this particular JB store doesn't stock home appliances or white goods. Regardless, Dylan searched for a model that fit the bill, called other stores and reserved one for me. Thanks Dylan!

I think a good place to find our electronics need is at this JB Hi-Fi stores. They have several stores in Sydney and all are recommended as each has a quite good product range to select. Product availability is good. We can browse the store comfortably. Service is also good.

Almost always find what I need at a reasonable price. Staff are very cool and pleasent to deal with.

Lots of variety, helpful staff and barely any line for when you're having your purchase rung up. Clean and tidy every time I visit.

Customer service bit rude.the lighting of the store bit dark.but they offer good discount if u brave to ask XD

It's a JB Hi Fi so the range and pricing is standardized.

As far as JB stores go this is the best of the central city stores. It's a decent size so has more stock than average. They have previously coordinated with other stores on my behalf when the item I want is in stock somewhere else.

The service and staff knowledge is normal for JB Hi Fi.
