Store looked amazing compared to other jb hi fi's though staff did not approach or acknowledge me I had to come to them.

Wasted my time. Sold me the wrong cable then took 25 minutes and 3 people to refund me. Manager even said I'm trouble. For expecting the cable to be correct? For returning in boxed unused condition 5 days after original purchase?

Never returning. Jb hi fi you wasted my time and made my life harder for no reason.

Great service! The shop assistant went out of her way to find the CD I wanted. The Store is in a handy location close to train and Plaza.

It's a good place! They have the latest computers and smart watches. But the phones are really expensive.
When you buy a computer make sure to double check the hard disk space because the new computers with SSD hard drive don't have much space compared to the older hard drives.

Needed to get a replacement as the product wasn't working properly. Great service in doing so, quick and efficient and without interrogation. Will return.

Handy location for a JB HiFi accessible from Town Hall station. Doesn't have a huge range at this small store but it's got all the accessories. If you're buying a TV find a bigger store.

I admire the location of this JB especially because after you finish shopping or browsing your electronics
You can refresh yourself by taking a walk or getting lunch.

Didn't have what i was looking for but it looks like a nice place and the security guard didn't check my bag even though i look like a crack addict but maybe it was just because he was on the phone idk anyways stuff here is a little overpriced

Hard to get any customer service, the staff seem more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. Other than that the store is alright, but don't really enjoy the JB experience anymore. Cluttered shelves, messy stores, hand drawn recommendation stickers, overbearing security, it all makes for a pretty lousy experience. They're doing well though so maybe I'm just getting old?

I came to this store to ask for repairing my beats. One lady came and asked me to stand at the corner, and she will ask someone to come and talk to me. I was waiting for 20min, but no one came! Then, I asked another lady for help, but she tried to ignore me, keep selling the product. I saw at the back, many staffs were talking together. What an unprofessional store!

Always find JB Hi-Fi staff friendly and keen to help but except this store. This store's sales staff were all very unfriendly and couldn't wait to get rid of you unless you are buying an expensive item and pretty much walk away from you as they answer your question.

Good place to shop for BLUE Ray Movies, computers, cameras, Games and other consumers electronics. I've been shopping here for many years now and they have been very fair as you can return goods if unopened and unused. Great selection and staff is friendly.

I am a True Believer in giving credit where credit is due and Tim not only delivered and exceptional service to me but there was an exceptional customer experience. He helpsed me in purchasing a new plan for my mobile which gave me a $500 voucher which contributed to me getting a new laptop, what an absolute champion.
I can see why Jb-Hifi Telstra's number one dealer and if only for JB Hi-Fi stores and Telstra stores that people like him working in their stores there would be apt more reviews like this.

Overwhelmingly packed with everything electronics and so much more! Occasionally a staff member walked past and asked if I need assistance but most of the time I just wander around searching for what I was there to buy; it could be both good and bad depending on what you are looking for. Overall it's a well stocked store and staff are always willing to assist if you ask for it. Even the security guard tends to smile at you when entering or leaving.

Staff are not that good t9 deal with. I only patronize them due to the manager the only one looking after me

I bought the same items for $59 at online store in less than 2 days delivery for $35. Got ripped $15 off from the moment you walk into the store.

A top place for music on CD, DVD & Vinyl, and a good selection of movies. A good selections of mobile phones & accessories is available, ad well as PC games and cameras. Staff for the main part are pleasant and helpful.

This jb hi fi is literally a hidden jem, the staff here were very knowledgeable and helpful, was in search of DVD cleaner, they went to the trouble to find the right product for the multi reginal DVD.
