Every jbhifi makes you feel like a thief when you leave the store when the security guards clearly see you having paid for goods and want to check bags/scan receipts

Shocking experience. Offered no help and when I went to pay for my purchase the young guy behind the counter rang up my puchase then went on break right there in the middle of the transaction. He literally left without giving me my purchase. The girl I then spoke to told me it was “all good”. Ha! It was not all good at all. Wont be returning

Very slow service at the cashier at 5pm with about 10 people waiting. Many staff around the store.

Went in to buy a product and was going to be sold an extended warranty. I said not interested to the same question at least 4 times. When asked give me a reason why. I WALKED OUT. How dare you ask me to buy something I don't want. Your demanding attitude cost you a sale today and many into the future. Keep your staff under control and teach them customer relationships

Prices of jb are kind of high but they they will match it with any price in Australia and that is very convenient for everyone and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Specially the guys are knowledgeable and very willing to provide information that is needed to make the right decision

My boyfriend bought a phone and the girl who helped us, Georgia was extremely helpful and friendly and explained everything well. Hope you enjoy the pierce the veil concert!:)

Such a good experience.
I needed a very odd cable, the woman on the phone knew exactly what it was, put it to the side and I was in and out of the store in minutes.
Could not recommend enough!

Went in to buy a sports watch. I asked a staff member called Alex if he was an expert on watches.he said no but I’m happy to help. Turned out he was fantastic.qualified me and offered a solution he thought would do everything I wanted.turns out it did/does and it had a $500 discount to boot. I’m an old retired National Sales Manager who would have loved to have Alex on my sales team.

Wow, excellent service. I have never had so many shop assistants asking if I needed help in a JB before.

I had the most amazing customer service experience. I bought go pro 9 from this store. The sales person who assisted us was very knowledgeable, extremely kind and super super funny. I wasn't too sure if I should buy one but his knowledge helped me in understanding my needs. If I have to go to JBhifi in the future it will be this store for sure. Bought a new phone here today, everything went smoothly and too easy! Curtis was very accomodating and sweet. You’re a legend!

Salesperson Curtis is good but the S/Sung Fone that I picked was Complicated 2 navigate, have 2 take 3 steps 2 Delete a Txt. Went in2 H'ville Store asked a Oz lady 4 help on Sat 10/04 but she was Grouchy & not 2 happy cos am not buying things from her.

They didn't have what I needed but the staff sent me accross the road to the sister store. Thanks.

I bought the Lenovo ideapad s340 for $650.00. I am so happy with it. It was a display model. It has one year warranty with JB hi-fi and one year warranty with Lenovo. The staff was friendly and helpful and honest.

Very helpful, I rang up to see if a product was in stock, they put it aside until I came in, then helped me be sure it was compatble with my tripod. A good experience

I loved the location on the heart of Townhall city of Sydney. Helpful staffs but the security looks at each customer like they are gonna steal some products.

It can be a bit hit and miss depending on who serves you here, but today i had exceptional service from "Rhys" who served me in apple devices. Walked out a very happy customer.

They remove official packaging on games, replace it with their own cheap shrink wrap, then get offended if you ask for a small discount because of this.

Service is really bad. Wanted to but a GPS unit. Stood there and looked for some help but they just ignore you and hide. Will never shop there again!

Special thanks to Sameer for going an extra mile to get the product I needed. It was a busy Thursday evening a day before black Friday and he patiently sat with me and listened to my requirements. Excellent advise and response. Keep the good work.
