JB Hi-Fi City - Westfield Sydney

Was unable to find what i was looking for a it was not where it's expected to be. No staff to assist

If you are after a TV or a mobile phone the staff members will explain all information to you. They will also demonstrate the product for you so that can see some of its functions and features.

Poor customer service. I asked the guy to help me look for what I want as there is no clear direction where is where. No help at all to a valuable customer. Too impatient to be a customer helper.

Friendly staff, not pushy to make a sale, yet helpful and cheerful. Even offered to help us check for stock at other outlets.

Fantastic to have a central JB Hi-Fi where the service is always friendly and relaxed from knowledgeable representatives. The new store layout is also fantastic.

All the JB-HI-FI stores price match as long as your request is genuine and the store you are matching the price with is local
During the Sale periods, all the stores get very busy so ensure you have enough time in hands

So many levels to reach this place! Although the place is roomy compared to the other JB Hi-Fi across the store.

Awful retailer still in the 80's, nothing but yesterday products, limited product's and below average service

JB Hi-Fi is my go-to shop for tech and electronics. I much prefer this outlet, on Level 6 of the Westfield Shopping Centre, as opposed to their basement outlet on Pitt Street. The latter is cramped in comparison to this outlet, which has the merchandise laid out in a spacious floor area.

I have always found the sales staff eager to assist and willing to devote time to answering all your queries.

Pleasant staff and a nice atmosphere. Problem us the prices aren't as sharp as I line by a long way.

As usual the service is tops at JB Hi-Fi. I usually go to the Galeries shop but today I dropped into their Westfield store in Sydney for a special item (a DVD player for all areas so I can play my imported Asian shows) and again received excellent service from 2 lads in that area. Well done lads and thank you.

Flagship JB Hi-Fi store doesn't have all the software content but gaming and all hardware are ranged and merchandised to the highest level.

All the people in the magazine was really helpful, quick answers to the different questions I asked. Good quality of products and the price is not that far away from their competitors (they are a little high doug).

Staff are rude and not helpful. Felt like one person on the 24th of Nov near the counter didn’t want to be there as she was not responsive and felt like she disrespected the customer. Depressingly not helpful compare to the other Jbhifi around.

I had a problem with my iPhone in where Apple wouldn't play ball and fix it under warranty as it was faulty. Todd the manager used common sense and fixed the issue for me. I would shop here from now on, knowing the fact if i had a problem, i would be treated fairly.

Good deals, great range of products for a city branch. Being on the top floor is not as convenient as a ground level street entrance branch.
