Great team and very helpful, I bought wireless headphine and right side is not worked after few days, and i havent time for go back to the shop and after 1 month I visited to the shop then they replaced for the new one. Thank you so much you guys, I'm so happy with that headphone now, all the best

Had a complicated order that was dealt with professionally by Gabbie and Matt (the manager). Despite it being busy, they were pleasant to and very patient which is much appreciated. Highly recommend this place!

They Are always super friendly super helpful and if you ask for a discount they are always happy to better the price it is on the shelf. I’ve got my long board and my helmet there and always found that the staff went above and beyond to go to the back room to find the items because they were on the shelves. 10 out of 10 I will be going back for a third time.go and check them out.
Oh and do yourself a favour go and buy a long board.

After you try and hunt for a staff and then they avoid eye contact. Then they lie to you then make you wait 30 mins to process an order that should have taken 5 minutes.you actually end up taking out your phone and writing this review.

Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me with a tricky payment issue. Good floor staff. Like any chain store, it depends entirely on who is working there that month/year - but present (Jan ‘20) team was funny and professional both times I was there. I’m overall very pleased and pleased with their good prices as well.

Fantastic service for the past two times we were there looking for various IT equipment.the staff was helpful today when we had to exhange our faulty fitbit.

Every JB's has a slightly different atmosphere about it. This branch layout felt more like a traditional supermarket moving you from isle to isle; allowing you to take it all in. The staff were friendly and ready to assist without hawking you and tailing you like a criminal. This is somewhere I would definitely spend time.

Wow - went in last Friday night to grab a charger for my laptop and was really surprised with the unprofessional, unpleasant experience! Normally a great experience - this time literally all 5 of the staff members I encountered couldn’t give a stuff. One guy even literally dragged his feet, he was so zero stuffs given. Gross! I’ll go to Bondi Junction from now on thanks.

I've been a longtime customer of jbhifi and as a big-time tech nerd, have come in countless times to shop or look for my next impulse buy. Yesterday, I experienced the best customer service experience while at the store.

Although I walked into the store with no intent to buy, Jackson was so accommodating of my difficult requests and answered my infinite questions with patience and empathy. His genuine care for the customer, friendly nature felt so very human compared to many other floor staff I was used to and all the more so than a website on a computer screen. The sale on that day could be accredited to Jackson more than the actual product.

Despite many issues in the purchase process such as lack of stock in a tv I was looking at or living in a place with a highly unconventional address; Jackson was able to find me solutions quickly and effectively.

So this is a massive shout out, Cheers for being so helpful with my purchase and sorry for being so difficult.

Giant store with loads of stuff. Can be tricky to find.just keep going up til you see right mustard yellow

They don't sell the best range of music instruments here but that's a good thing. I'd rather go into a music store run by musicians.

Good stores and comfortable place. You can go shopping and eat good options. Lunch time is very crowded maybe you have to make a reservation or arrive on time. We went to a asian restaurant and it was good and not expensive. Service not great.

Very helpful and friendly staff serving on the floor and the counter. The young man who served about to go on holidays on Monday deserves a pay rise. Please give him a real reward for product Iinformation and customer attention.

They've got a lot of products that other locations do not stock, manly electric scooters and more home automation gadgets.

Beautiful store. Excellent service all the time, especially the guy with the thick beard in the camera section.
