JB Hi-Fi City - Westfield Sydney

Spent over $100 and they charged me for a bag, a lady in front of me purchased a phone cable and got the bag for free
Is that a special requirement to get a bag for free?
And horrible customer service

Purchased a projector from JBHIFi Westfields Sydney. They advised this would be ready to pickup in 7-10 days. It’s been almost a month and several follow up calls. Still no resolution and update as to when they will be ready to deliver on their promise. Spoke to the sales person who then shifted blame to manager.

Sounds like they are running a scam - taking payment for over 5K worth of goods but not delivering.

Will not be purchasing from this store again.

Bought earbuds here that were faulty twice (in a row), the shop took perfect care of it and were kind and gracious about it. It did give a bit too much traveling to get back and forward for it, but they handled it accordingly.

The staff Is amazing and they actually matched the price for a product with another shop.

Big store with lots of products, helpful staff who checked in every now and then to ask if I needed extra help. They weren't selling what I wanted to buy (international adapter for chargers) but found other stuff - great deals on tech and they price match too. Definitely worth a visit.

Yes I brought my iPad from this store and they gave me a great deal and it was my Birthday? And I brought a BELKIN keyboard with it and I did not use it for a while but I have just started using it and it is great I should have used it from day one

I boughtg a gift Samsung s20 fe from there for overseas I called the store before I go. When I went store they said sealed is opened. It’s not used only Sealed is opened front of staff when I bought it to check the phone.how am I able to see without opening.they did not have already opened white colour phone in store that’s why it’s opened if they did have white colour I would not opened it so I went there during lockdown. They didn’t upgrade it.i bought Tv, MacBook, phone, coffee machine, juicer, fridge from JBHIFI BUT I will Never ever buy anything from JBHIFI…

Visited 3 separate stores to get advice in TV'S. As with most people, I did my own research online on various units but wanted a second opinion face to face. I asked the various staff members if they knew their stuff about TV's, which they claim they did but in reality, they really didn't. Most were reading from the yellow cards and not giving solid advice/opinion. I can imagine it being hard to learn all the details etc which is fine as long as you don't claim to be an expert when asked. Ended up going to Good Guys and a server actually knew what they were talking about.

All in all not saying anything against bad service in regards to staff are always nice and try to help as much as possible, just perhaps train them more on dept/product knowledge or tell them to be honest if they don't know full details about differences between products etc

I had an issue with one of my products and had to claim the warranty, staff were so helpful and had it processed straight away! In inder 10 minutes I was out of there with the upgraded version of the product (at no extra cost!) And a smile of my face

Poor experience trying to buy a catalogue item at this store- 2 TB seagate back up drive. Display box taken by me to checkout but none to be found. Apparently Broadway has 36 of them - no use to me. And also don’t want the upsell to buy more TB for $50. Not impressed and.a waste of time

A JB Hi Fi. What more is there to say. Great prices, well trained staff that are helpful and know their stuff, and conveniently located.

Had to travel from Bankstown to pick up one of the products they got in stock compared to JB Hi-Fi in my area, which don't have stocks to most of the products displayed in store

So much to see! It's the biggest JB Hi-Fi in the city and well laid out in 2 difference categories.

It has several motorised bicycles and motorised Skateboards And motorised scooters on display as well which you don't usually see in some of the smaller stores.

It has a big game section on one side and a big TV section on the other side. There are lots of electronic musical products as well such as electronic drums so you can make a lot of noise without a lot of space.

The camera section is quite big although smaller than it had been in previous years. But it's the most likely place you will find the model that you want to test.

I went there to look at smart watches and wanted to compare a couple, I was looking for information and perhaps buy a smart watch. The guy who helped me seemed disinterested and after I tried both watches on from the display, he asked me 'so which one do you want? ' Without giving me any info about the watches. I tried to ask questions and he replied with yes or no and that was all the info I got. I went in hoping to get a smart watch but left with no info and no watch

They have everything I want. Always ask for a discount on top of their already reasonable prices.

Great range of electrical appliances. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend my family and friends!
