47Went there to replace a malfunctioning USB C Charing cable for a new MacBook Air we purchased. Mitch the staff member was beyond helpful and replaced it with no issue. Great store and customer service.
Very very busy at this time of day.
Had a big, very available range of products. Big discounts at the moment. Had a little bit of a wait in the checkout queue. But overall I recommend shopping here
Confusing. Walked out with more questions than I walked in with.had a long look at variety.walked around counter 4 times. Nobody approached me. I then walked out.
Always very busy. The staff are pushy and have little knowledge of the equipment, they often have to look things up. The placement of the checkout is inconvenient and having the bag and receipt checked on the way out leaves you feeling like a criminal.
It's a pretty big JB Hi-Fi which is fantastic! They've even got vinyl records, which often JB Hi-Fi stores around the place don't really stock. Staff are friendly and honest, being willing to say "I don't know enough about X to tell you" rather than being salesy and making things up. That's always good. They handled a pretty busy store quite well, still taking time to check on customers around the place.
Heaps of stock and massive range of DVD's and video games. You can always find something in there that you want
While I usually like shopping at JBHiFi, yesterday, I couldn't find which shelf my product was stacked. So I ordered it online in the store to collect it.waited for an hour to find out, it's unavailable. Had to cancel the order!
