JB Hi-Fi Campbelltown

Whenever I go to jb hi fi I usually go nuts trying to find a game to pick or even a movie that I need to buy. This store always caters to my needs and very rarely don't have the items that I'm looking for. Albeit sometimes the products are a bit pricey, but it's totally worth it

Always helpful staff, who can direct me to the product I am searching for. JB Hi-Fi always have the product I need at the best price available, yay!

Changed the inside of shop dvd section is small and very tight to walk around plus the staff are still getting use to the changes

This is my local JB-Hi Fi and they have always been incredibly helpful. I had an issue with a car stereo installation that was organised and paid for through JB and when I came in to discuss the problem with the manager he went out of his way to ensure my problem was rectified as soon as possible.

Customer service is also, ALWAYS on point!

Always a great place to get your electronics. They have recently updated the store with a gaming area for you to try out various PC's, laptops and peripherals.

This is my nearest JB, I used to go here regularly but now I will go out of my way to Narellan. Probably the worst retail staff I have seen and Narellan always has a wider range of stock

Very confusing while they are doing their renovation.but looks very promising for when it's all complete.look forward to shopping there again in the future

This place is an Alladin's cave of technology, replete with a wide selection equivalent to any fancy pants JB HiFi in the city. I also appreciate the thoughtful customer service. The DVD section is, sadly, much diminished and been replaced by even more bulky goods at low low prices. I am a daily shopper at this fine establishment and I will be returning very soon.

Nice range of products, and staff are able to discount if asked for the best price they can offer on a purchase. However, this store appears to be understaffed, and this can lead to extended waiting periods when in need of a team member to assist with enquiries and alike.

Since their recent renovations, I have been inside the store on two occasions. Both times were to purchase specific electrical items (noise cancelling headphone and bluetooth keyboard cover for an iPad). I will not go to this specific JB ever again as both times staff were virtually non-existent for customer enquiries. In future I will travel 10 minutes further to the Narellan store or shop elsewhere.

Long wait to be attended to as staff always busy but very helpful with your queries regarding a product you're planning to purchase.

Excellent customer service and great help from the young man that helped us with the computers. We followed his advice and suggestions and are thrilled with our laptop purchase 10/10

Fantastic service every time. I look for the same staff member named Adrian every time. He is so knowledgeable and always has the solution to my problems or needs. Thank you for your professional help and outstanding service. The store is very small and doesn't carry every item like Narellan, but the service from the staff there makes me keep coming back.

It's a great place to go to find electronics, the store has a vast selection of games, televisions, devices and speakers, the staff are helpful and communicate with each other well, and it's a pretty welcoming place.

Staff weren't aggressive in approaching me but when I made it aware I was after help they were on the ball. Couldn't find the product I wanted, but found the next best substitute. Winning

Outstanding service from the team- I was looking for speakers for my car and I walked out with arms full and very, very pleased. A great and fair experience, I would recommend as the best JB service team 5.

For all you electronic needs
I do like there reduced floor stock section, makes for some real bargains.

Great store, good range of products and great prices. The downfall is not being able to get assistance, especially for big ticket items.
