Went early in the morning and I was serviced promptly, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Had other experiences that it was very hard to get someone to help you.
When is busy is very busy.

Had a terrible experience with the Macarthur branch un regards of fixing an item under warranty, the warranty team member “TAG”is so unexperienced they act like listening but they don’t.even the shop manager Martin is unsupportive.
Never buy from JB HiFi again and i don’t recomend.

Pathetic. Buy items and show the receipt only to have security request to also see inside my backpack. Every time yet others don't get stopped but you treat paying customers as thieves?

I drive all the way to roaelands jbhifi cause this one is absolute trash. Worst staff and plave is just a mess

JBHIFI has everything. However, I went in to get a stand for my camera. I was leaving for a 3 month holiday but needed to work on the road, and that necessitated a camera stand. I told the man that worked there the camera I have and he recommended me a $100 one, which was well above what I was expecting but I trusted his opinion and got it. The following week, in a remote location, I pulled it out the get ready for the shoot, AND IT DIDNT FIT. It now sits in the workspace of my van doing nothing.

I just had to change phones over at the Campbelltown store. Zayed and Jake were a pleasure to deal with and were super helpful. Thank you both:)

Honestly, it was a quiet Friday night at 1730 and there was plenty of customers waiting for assistance. There were a lot of staff huddled around near the registers and talking amongst themselves but nobody on the shop floor

Been to this store many times. Never had an issue, staff have always been great, helpful and friendly.

I asked if they had a certain product in stock as my friend just purchased the same product minutes prior. They looked confused and bumbled around for a few seconds before saying "you have to order this online". Whilst this is happening my friend who purchased the product searched around the store and lone behold finds it sitting on a shelf. When a person who doesn't even work at the establishment has better skills at stocktaking than the employees you know there is a servere lack of worker motivation to meet customer needs.

It was a good store if you're having a high budget.doesnt do refurbished stuff but has quite a range if electronics.the staff was very kind and friendly

On this visit i didn't purchase.
The store has recently had a facelift and refit, condensing down the media section to make way for more hardware, since the layout change it makes the store feel a little confusing, with no clear isles to walk down you find that you zigzag through stuff till you reach the midway/back of the store, where it is a little more open. I have visited many other JB stores and find that this has been designed to match the newer stores but it doesn't feel like it fits quite right.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are good. Pick up from around the block. Dock 15. We bought a tv and a gaming chair and staff were very helpful. They also messag3d us a link to download a copy of the receipt.

Good prices and most of staff is helpful. At times it is quite difficult to find an item or staff member for assistance. They don't have musical instruments on display as well if you are after one of them.
