Worst experiance ever would never shop here ever again id rather spend more at some other store and get treated right rather than being treated as trash
Not helpful. Called to organise replacing a faulty product and was told it's a minimum 2 week wait for it to come in and that's the soonest I could get it. Called Moore Park and they offered to order from another store and it'll be in by the end of the week. Pretty sure the Broadway staff member just couldn't be bothered.
Switched from optus to telstra to benefit from a great offer in about 15 minutes. Staff was kind and impressively knowledgeable.
The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, which adds to the pleasant shopping experience. Each time I’ve come with a query, I’m always left with a satisfactory answer and recommendations. The staff go out of their way to assist you if you look even the slightest bit lost or confused. They’re always willing to make sure that you get the best deals possible. The price matching and additional discounts offered are very generous to say the least.
They have boxes on exhibit and the products are not available in their store.
I wasted my time queuing to pay for a device in a particular colour that they did not have.
I think it is better to remove the boxes once you run out of stock.
Like J, b HiFi prices OK all depends on what you need. Being on pension got to watch you're pennies. Hope I helped someone. God bless.
Packed with products, it is set up more like a maze than a retail store.better range than most JB stores I've been to. Plenty of staff to help you find stuff.

Good customer service, with slightly marked up prices - I would suggest shopping around to avoid this premium.
Went here on boxing day asked staff for some help and he just walks straight past me the shop is over packed with stuff everywhere i won't be going back felt very unwelcomed in this shop you won't be getting my money!
Totally awesome customer service with excellent product knowledge and further discounts at the register.
It's big.but lets be real.there is nothing different about this Jbhifi store other than it is big and offers a wider range of products such as Vacummes, microwaves, heaters and fans.and of course a wider more selection in Televisions and music entertainment
Broadway seems to be the one with the best stock and layout centrally. Though can be difficult to get someone to assist you with anything. The city stores do not have good layouts and seem to lack the stock of this one.
It's a great store and you'll find pretty much every thing your looking for in sound and vision in there.
Good place to start with general tech but range isn't as large with hard to find items. That's fine, that's their business model. Bombardment with sale signs can be a double edge sword with useful information vs being overwhelmed.
Some items can be expensive yet asking deeper questions can net some very competitive prices. If you shop around for stuff, start here.
Your counter staff are excellent but please stop it with the bag checks. I really hate them. Why are you treating your customers like thieves?
I won't buy from anywhere else. I have purchased many things from this store and they have the best customer service when it comes to getting help with a product that is not working. Big thanks to Hannah and Rudy for sorting out a problem for me in 15 minutes after 7 months of battling with Samsung to no avail.
Asked a simple question.do you sell this type of screwdriver (for computers) to two people and they snap back, "no we don't sell that here" have to chase them down to ask where. "Bunnings".
What a crappy service, basic politeness and customer service are severely lacking at this store. Will be dissuading anyone who asks to not go here.
