Kristy and Dan at JB HiFi Broadway are hidden gems! If you want genuine customer service without the worries of someone trying to make you buy something and going above and beyond to help with my Backbone controller issue. They offered a refund with no questions asked but also offered alternative solutions. I opted for the latter which resolved the problem with ease and was actually faster than a refund process. They are really easygoing, chilled, and listened to my concerns. Strongly recommend this store!

The process of returning electronic/entertainment goods can be precarious, especially when it's not faulty as such, but rather a matter of formatting, in the case of a DVD player or laptop. Regardless the experience I had at JB hifi's Broadway store, made it effortless, quick, and educative. Both Annie at the counter and her supervisor, made sure of that.

On Saturday after the movies I took my Down Syndrome son to spend his gift voucher which he had received for his birthday. From the moment we walked into the store the staff were so gracious however the young lady who served us and helped me redeem the gift voucher went about and beyond. She was patient, kind-hearted and so extremely helpful, it made the whole experience worthwhile - definitely will be going back again. Beautiful thanks young lady for such kindness and competency you were an absolute pleasure.

Feel sorry for the staff, absolutely swamped on first day of lockdown, but half an hour wait for click and collect without apology isn't good. They need way more staff at the front to support.

Easy to buy impossible to return faulty items. On the phone no problem just bring the item back to the store. When I arrive at the store they have lost all of my details and I have been waiting 45 minutes with no service or attention from anyone

Jamie was a genus! Well maybe I’m not quite me at the moment. He was so patient with a person who is going through a lot a the moment. Thank you Jamie and thank you JB Hifi (I usually go to Broadway) and find all your stores have positive feedback.

Worst customer services ever, came in at 730 pm on a Thursday with literally 10 staff walking around chatting, and yet left with out any assistance after waiting for 15 mins, honestly try a different jb hi fi where people actually do their job

I ordered a new Laptop, screen, speakers, keyboard to enable me to work from home almost 3 weeks ago now.
Was supposed to be delivered 4 days later its now been 15days and I have only received the keyboard.
Toll has been a nightmare to deal with, iv spent the past 5 days being locked in my apartment all day as to not miss the order but it never turns up just keeps being taking to the warehouse.

I think my order has now been lost so I don’t know what to do.
JBHIFI don’t seem to care as this is a Toll problem.

I wish you guys would use a different delivery service, god Id be happy to have paid an extra $50 for delivery to receive it on time!

I purchased a MacBook Pro from this store which stopped working completely after seven months due to hardware issue (confirmed by Apple Store troubleshooting). When I brought it back to JB HI FI, they told me it cannot be replaced as 180 day replacement period had already passed. The IT staff member Named JASE was unsympathetic and criticised for not having purchased AppleCare - i felt belittled uncomfortable the way that Jase treated me also would recommend that you dont see that guy for anything related to it no customer service skills, JASE needs learn compassion and also this option was never offered to me when I purchased the MacBook originally. He offered to send it off to repairs which will take 4-6 weeks. Needing it sooner for business purposes, I took the MacBook to Apple store, who said they will repair it within 3-4 days. I’m never entering a JB HI FI store again. They are helpful when selling a product, but quick to get rid of you as soon as something goes wrong.

It's one of the best Park near Central station and right in the middle of Surry hills, Waterloo and Redfern. I wish for more families to get to the parkand enjoy all the magic facilities available for parents and kid's well done city of Sydney. Love the atmosphere here its Magic.

<If I can give zero stars, I would have>

Today I went in to this JB hifi store wanting to purchase a set of earphones. I went in the store, checked in with ServiceNSW, wearing mask and sanitised my hands. I was approached by this bald caucasian salesperson with an earring on the left asking "What are you looking for? ". Because I am 80% sure of buying a set of marshall, I told him " I am pretty set on buying a pair but just comparing the prices. " Instead of further asking me which one I am comparing, he went and said " Nah you can't shop around, we wanted you out asap cause of COVID! " I WAS JUST IN STORE FOR 2 MINUTES and there were other customers shopping around too.

Of course at the end I did not buy the earphone because I can't allow a purchase to be done from a company who hires someone who is mildly racist with poor service behaviours.

If i could give 10 stars i would.
Todd the staff member helping me went above and beyond to try help me out with the issue i was having and was super patient and considerate of my situation.
Thanks so much appreciate it will definitely be coming back for further tech purchases in the future.:)
