68 I went there to get some advice with a laptop and Jase was amazinggggg! He was quick to help me! He was incredibly informed, super patient and willing to go above and beyond to help me to understand which was the right item for me. I will specifically go back to this store because of his knowledge, customer service and engaging nature.
Even when I was just browsing he made me feel comfortable and like all my questions were answered and for that reason I will come back to buy from here! Thank you Jase you are an asset to your team and I really appreciated your help! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would! 10/10
Not very good for the man with the average dollar. I went in for a quick tv purchase but they only have big brands in stock like Samsung, Sony and LG but not many cheaper brands the average man can afford. I think JB hi-fi needs to realise we can't all afford the big brands as much as we'd like to.
I will say that the times I've come in however staff have always been very nice and know their product
Typical JB shop.you traditional quart in a pint shop. So much gear for sale - the challenge is finding it with so much stock. Generally competitive on cost and staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is generally no challenge so l was in and out in 15 minutes. Cannot ask for more.
Nice staff but a very rude manager just confronted me with a really bad tune raising his voice on me just because i was there 20 minutes before the closing time. Did not like that and it was not professional whatsoever. As a costumer i have my rights since these guys sold me a broken head set for $300
I wouldn’t try this place never again
Stuff on offer is like every other JB HI-FI. I guess that's the idea of the shop being part of a chain. But you can never find assistance, and when you do, you have to follow them for a while until they are released by the previous client. Really, not worth the hassle. It is only good to see things in person, but buy online.
You find pretty much all the electronics / tech you're after.but the service has been a mixed experience for me.
Sometimes the staff has been great, and other times just not so much (don't mean to be rude but it feels like they're either too tired or too lazy by the end of the day to help out).
The billing process is a breeze though and love their digital receipt mech.

Great staff and the man on desk when I went in went to great lengths to help me with a new Tablet I purchased. Now very happy everything working well.
Not good, they sell insurance for phone and the insurance doesn't cover anything Device ensure.
My phone battery is not working, it is still has warranty, they could not find it in the system. And they mentioned it will take 4 weeks to fix the phone. Who can wait four weeks with out phone?
Horrible customer service. Arrogant distracted staff for whom it often seems a massive inconvenience to find customers in their store. I was trying to buy a $750 sports watch but walked out after the guy was so rude and dismissive to me for daring to ask one or two questions about the product. Straight to Amazon for me where I can buy the same thing at the same price!
Plenty of good specials on electronics. Also stocks vinyl records. The store is a little cluttered and confusing but still a good shopping destination. Staff are usually very helpful.
If you bring your purchase to this store for asking repair or any kind of support, you better find the other store. I ended up leaving upset because the staff was so rude and kept saying “you are not listening me” even he wasn’t listening me. Lol
After this happened, I went to the other store and they fixed the issue straight after they confirmed the faulty of goods. How is it difficult to check the dead pixels on display with HDMI cable?
The bottomline is that Aar@n was super rude and unprofessional in so many ways. I will never come back to this store. Hope you fix that attitude A!
Plenty of tech from pc to games to whitegoods. Buying from JB hifi is always awesome. Any issues with products not questions asked.
This store is like Candyland for all your electronic needs. The staff is friendly and they know their stuff. Highly recommended.
Sadly I was disappointed with the tech service. The staff made me feel inadequate for not being tech savvy. So I bought my laptop from Harvey Norman instead they had the patience to explain and listen to my needs.
JB HiFi has a huge variety of all things audio and electronics. I have always found the staff knowledgeable and they give great service. If its earphoes, computers or just advice pop in and have a chat they will be more than happy to help. Also ask them to keep your informed about their great sales. Check out their catalogue.

Great service from Pierce (007) in televisions. Helped me and the wife sort out a new tv and soundbar and gave us a good price.
Staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, this JBHIFI is no longer taking EOIs for the PS5s but that's only because the EOI list is long. Which is understandable:)
