Now this JB hifi staff are on the money, with phone checking they are spot on and with diarect service in the store, very efficient and serves with a smile. Love your branch here JB.

It's always understaffed. When you receive service it's always a 50 50 whether you get a good attentive staff member or one who can't care less. It's very stuffy inside the store, but at least you're greeted by a friendly member of security when you enter. Otherwise jb hifi is a pretty good place to get your electronics.

Service is never that great. Also, I'm really confused about how you guys make money. You seem to sell stuff nobody cares about anymore like cds, DVD players, etc. Sooooo are you guys a front or what?

Plus your digital experience has much room for improvement.

Have been left waiting in basement for pickup for 30 mins. Took me 4 phone calls to finally get someone to tell me that the first assistant was stuck In a lift.shambolic.
