44I went there and stood waiting for over 20 minutes. Then a young male sales assistant approached me and with no smile and a surly attitude asked me to wait while he logged onto his device. I asked about a product, then I turned to put my glasses on and he had just walked off. I waited for another 5 minutes then walked out. The staff there are young with no idea of customer service or common courtesy. I will never shop there again.
Had terrible service here from one of the girls darks hair was abit short.wanted to buy earphones girl showed me one pair I felt like a burden and so she said other headphones are on the other side so I said ok then she showed me a bit walked off I was like umm ok as a person who works in service it's good to give someone there full attention especially if I want to buy but not at JB hi Bondi you won't get that
So I decided to walk out and not buy then I saw her walking in she like did you find anything I was like nah are you busy she then replies with a yes like customers aren't important anymore hahahahahahaha
So I decided to go get some in Kmart and actually I got great service and $25 earphones that are actually brilliant.
Definitely not spending money in jbhifi bondi again.
Super friendly staff who are happy to price match. Trick is to research the price before going into the store as there’s little to no phone reception actually in store!
Such a great place for everything tech and entertainment related. I purchased a new laptop and can only praise the options and service, and of course the price was amazing.
I dealt with Jordan at the JB Hi-fi store whilst buying multiple electronics products on black friday. He was very knowledgeable, speedy without rushing and he did a good job of suggesting deals which ended up saving me money. The store itself had a great range at good prices. Only draw back is the layout is cramped.

Great store. Very friendly staff who are always able to help. Their range of products is expansive, and I'm a big fan of their products on display such as gaming headphones or keyboards and mice. Very unique and haven't seen done at any other store this well.
Asked for a specific item, took me to the section and it was not there. Most staff just stood around, only one or two came up to see if I needed help out of the dozen working the day I visited.
Hate this store. No customer service. Employees run away or are busy talking amongst themselves. Save your money - go elsewhere.

Been buying things here for a while now. I’d like to buy them a staff tattoo gun! Sometimes it’s a little hard to get hold of someone to help. But I’ve found that that’s because they bend over backwards to help. Apart from the occasional wait to get someone I have to say that the service help and especially the support has been exceptional. I find it particularly impressive the lengths they go to to get me the best price. Today I went up with an issue in all this COVID hell. I am technically disadvantaged to a terrible level. The support (and I was completely wrong on one thing) was unwavering and got me the things I needed with a smile and the patience of a zen master. Especial thanks to Steve, Gina, the lovely lady on security, and the manager on duty whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. Thanks so much.
I was promised delivery of my new TV on Monday 5th, I had to go into the store on Friday the 9th to find my TV sitting there. I was promised a text from JB, very poor experience
Staff are always helpful and the prices are much better than Electronics Boutique who are so over priced.

I found the service exceptional. Looking for a particular DVD, the assistant went to no end of trouble to locate it for me, having a pleasant chat throughout. It's quite a while since I've received such service. Top marks.
Came in to buy an iPhone 7+ case but was struggling to find one probably because the phone is so old. Needed assistance but the store was really busy, I was eventually helped by Gina who was really friendly and offered me a discount for my wait even though it was only a few minutes. Great service after visiting 3 phone shop earlier in the day and having no luck!
Always worth going. Usually you find what you want. You can negotiate on price, especially if you do your homework on other competitive prices, they will match.

Seems to be impossible to get served these days. Given most things I've been in for have only had empty boxes on shelves requiring staff to go to the back room, this isn't great. They don't seem to be on top of what's actually in stock either, so I was left waiting 10 mins after the wrong item was bought to me then being told what I did want wasn't in stock anyway.
