Never fails to disappoint. Overpriced and cool staff with little product knowledge. Good product range. This review also applies to other JB stores I've visited.

This is one huge store! I walked half way down and thought I'd reached the end but it kept going. If you are looking for something in particular ask a staff member. I was after a dvd, they have heaps of them, so I asked and was guided straight to it. If you have time to spare one day, go have a look around in one of the stores, amazing things can be found

Why is the cash register at the back? It's a really weird setup. No price tags on any items so you have to track down one of the few very busy employees just to get a price check.

After terrible service and age discrimination at Harvey Norman last Sunday, we went to JB HiFi. Well it was cheese and chalk in the difference towards us, our questions were answered and clear explanations given why one product would suit us over another. They were friendly and not condescending towards us, when we go to buy this is the place we will go to.

Excellent customer service, got very good mobile phone deal with a Telstra plan. I was quite surprised that it's a long walk and rather a maze right to the back of the store to the checkout.

Great service, clean store, wide range of products and everyone who works there knows what they're talking about

Love visiting different JB stores when ever i am travelling around. Easy to find in the shopping complex. This one had some friendly staff members who were able to take care of my needs quite easily. Felt like i was in and out of the store in less time than it took for me to decide to visit them in the first place, haha. Would reccomend any one looking for a deal and expert advice to go and see the team at Pacific Fair JB HiFi and they will fix you up no problems!

Felt kind of brushed off when all it seemed like I wanted to buy was an RCA lead, when the day before I bought a TV and the assistance was great. I guess the assistance all depends on how much it's perceived you're going to spend.

Great service bought a new phone and they took the trouble to download every thing from my old phone. Would recommend them.

The staff are great. Gabby and Andrew really know their what they are talking about and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend this store.

Everything to do with entertainment, but not much in the way of toys. Lots of kitchen and house appliances though

Even though it's Australia's No 1 electronics retailer, I found it hard to navigate the small store. The staff members were more like security guards and the one that served me gave a "G'day' that sounded like it came from a small child

I bought an gift voucher and the last to digits were not printed on the receipt so I told the employers and they said they will give it in 24 hours and that has past and they have stolen my money.

The store need to hire, more staff during the holidays to meet the high influx of customer. There's lot of customer during the holidays but few staff

Went there after boxing day for phone accessories. Very little stock levels and few staff to help. We went elsewhere and purchased from another phone shop in the centre. Shop is smaller than most I have experienced. Dvd range was also very scant and didn't buy there and went to big w.
Whoever is doing the stock purchasing needs more experience as a shop of this status should not be half empty at this time of the year in a high tourist area.
