The staff at this store are polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I would like to thank Sage for his guidance in assisting me to choose a mobile phone that would be compatible with my hearing aids and have the best camera for my needs and also for his cheerful patience with my hearing difficulties.

Don't ever buy a Samsung Galaxy s23 mobile phone it's a piece of garbage. The people at jbhi told me that it was a really fast mobile.no it's not it's slow and outdated you can't even tap and pay.just do your research before you buy a cheap Samsung Galaxy I wish I did.

Went in with a problem, thought we'd solved it, but unfortunately not. Took back what we bought as it didn't help us and they were excellent about giving us a refund. Couldn't fault the help and friendly service.

Stood at the watch section for nearly 10 minutes trying to catch the eye of any employee, then went and asked one to help me. He said he was busy with another customer but was nearly finished and would come over when he could. 15 minutes later, he hadn't come back, but I'd seen the customer he had been helping leave the shop. I was still standing at the watch section, had not been approached by any employee, and had not been offered any assistance. I left. I bought my $500 watch through Harvey Norman instead, who were by my side asking if I needed help within 1 minute of me being in their shop.

20mins waiting at the checkout finally gave up left goods at the counter, will go to officworks in future

Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable IT department. I just had the best shopping experience yesterday at the Coffs JBHIFI store when buying a new laptop after my MacBook randomly cracked and Harvey Norman as well as Apple would not repair as it was 5 months out of warranty and had 2 hairline cracks. If there was 1 hairline crack it was covered. Go figure!
Go jb. I know where I will continue to shop. Outstanding service and a variety of quality products!

Coffs JB hifi used to be such a good store. But most of the staff are very unwilling to help (there's still maybe 1 or 2? !). The helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff that were in the DVD and music section, are it seems no longer there. I was after a particular cd so I went in and it wasnt there, I asked the fellow if he could order it in or maybe get it from another store.
To which he replied. "oh look, it does say there are some but I'd have to ring and find out. It would mean probably a few calls and I might ring the one that doesn't have it. So it would be easier for you to go home and buy it on line. "
Well customer service and good manners have clearly been missed in the training manual there.

It's huge mobile, TV, and other electronic devices store. Sometimes staffs might not know detail information about products you are looking for which is normal as it is huge. Do your own research and it will be good. I love going yo jb hifi.

Bought switch oled months ago, the staff were not willing to help, i wanted to see what does the oled model and the normal model looks like, the staff even didn’t wanna show me. Very rude.

This is a small store. Its a shame that the centre management will not allow jb hifi to expand at Coffs.

Went in quickly to grab a present to days before Christmas. They knew what they had, knew where they were and were able to quickly put the sale through. Perfect.

Not impressed! Purchased an Apple IPad Mini 5 for my birthday late August. I was quite concerned as they were released 2019. When I questioned the guy that served us about this model already being 2 years old was assured that there was no news of a new model being released! So I purchased as he seemed very knowledgeable. Imagine my disappointment when I realised that the new model Apple mini 6 was released a few weeks later! If I’d been offered a choice of a discount to buy the Gen 5 or to wait for the 6 I would’ve thought they had a bit of credibility! Guess what? I don’t believe that their staff isn’t better informed about new product release dates. Anyway I’d never trust them again!

They advertise goods, take your money and can't deliver the goods. Like many businesses in Coffs Harbour. You have to wait for months to get goods you have already paid for upfront.

Always the biggest range in town professional service and low prices. Get in and buy some movies on special if you have the money support these local businesses. In these hard/boring times. The staff need it too.
