Amazing staff.
Fantastic service.
Waitied to be assisted so I could buy an ipad wasn't that busy but no one around to help. So left the shop to do something else then came back waited again si went to registers where i asked to buy an ipad. The girl at the register said I had to see a salesperson in computers. Told her we had veen waiting there and i just wanted to buy an ipad. She advised she would ket someone know. Went back to computer section and waited and waited. Someone else who had just walked in got served so i walked out and went to Harvey Norman were i was served as soon as i walked in the door. Poor service JB HI FI
Visited looking for a audio extension lead. They had it and left a happy camper. Staff very helpful.
Decent range. Similar to most JB around.
When served, staff were friendly and for the most part helpful but.it can be difficult to obtain service from staff at times.
I waited about 15 minutes to be served by someone, even though a number of staff were floating around and or helping others. A more proactive approach wouldn't go astray.
The guy in the gaming department was great. Very helpful. Knew his products and was willing to take the time for me to choose what I wanted. On the other hand, the lady who I asked to help me with the headphones in the audio department didn't know the products. In fact we had to explain why headphones were marked with a L and a R, and why it was important that you fit them correctly. We looked at 2 of 5 brands available and she left. Just not interested. We had questions about the other brands but they went unanswered, so we went to the gaming section.
Lots of merchandise. Tv's laptops even vacuum cleaners and toasters. All packed in nice and tight. Only employee to say hello was security on door.
Helpful advice, friendly and quick service, took the time to compare products and find the right type for me.
Right direction, Clear instructions and quick servuce defines this place. Amazing collect option for my New Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. Thank you JB Hi-fi!
Disappointed, bought a drone that you can't get part's for any more, & little to no support from them. Coffs harbour.
The young man in the mobile phone section of the store was amazing, very helpful, I just wish I could remember his name
The staff member that served us was helpful. We were happy with our purchase dispute having difficulty finding it, hence the need for assistance. Layout of the store is not customer friendly because we had to look in two different areas of the store to compare brands/prices for the one item we wanted.
A nice hello by the dooman (security) but had to wait to be served, but then was helpful when served.
Customer service is appalling. I went to Coffs Harbour Store today to buy 2 phone out right. 3 employees stood not a meter away just having a chat for over 10 monutes. No one interested in coming to help. So i went somewhere else got great service
Amazing customer experience. Had gopro problems and they replaced it hassles free to get me back out there filming!
Happy as
Incredibly rude service and foolish “rules” for Click and Collect around needing physical photo ID instead of the Service NSW app with digital licence. This, plus Medicare card, bank card, printed email of the order, digital order and they insisted, they couldn’t exchange the goods. Crazy stuff JB!
I then said I’d cancel the click and collect order, and just buy it off the shelf. They then changed their mind to “we’ll see what we can do”. Seriously.
Went looking for a new television for our mother and was assisted by Kieran who we found to be personable, helpful and respectful. What an asset he is to this store.
I recently updated my phone with Ryan. He was knowledgeable, efficient and I am happy with my plan. My Husband purchased a computer from Russell and was impressed with the way he explained the technology and helped him choose the right laptop for his requirements.
Good range and can often find what I want. However unless I'm looking at a $3000+ television I never get approached for service. I'll go into store now to look at items on display then buy them elsewhere online because I get the same level of service and a cheaper price. I'd be happy to pay retail if the retail experience comes with it.
The staff are friendly, everything in there is rather cheap compared to other department stores and the selection is huge. This place is definitely worth looking at!
If there was -1 I'd give that score. If you look over 21 don't bother nobody serves you and when you ask someone for help they couldn't careless. I only wanted a battery but noticed older ladies looking at mobile phones totally ignored. As for the girl greeting you at the door her lipstick was probably more important. Won't bother again.
