JAX Tyres Port Macquarie

5/5 review for wonderful service. Norris and the team went above and beyond for me today. I will be making Jax my regular mechanic from here on out. Highly recommend.

Fails to understand basic engineering concepts that have and have not been approved by the rms. Needs to have a brush up. Not recommended. Spend your money elsewhere

Great service, they were able to fit my car in last minute to change all four tyres. I got a better deal than other local tyre places.

I first wrote a glowing report about Jax Port Macquarie there advice etc was all good wat wasn't good was there attention to detail. The outside tyres on the back I've painted.qthe tyre fitter didn't both to hav a look put these on the inside, & the dirty
blackened scratched tyre on the outside. Wam bam ThankQ mam is wat they served up.they were going to order 2 extension hose clips in for me never heard anything back about them.for $470 & 30 minutes work they could've done better.disappointed I won't be back. Wayne Parry

Dropped in this morning and the team were more than happy to help me out immediately with a couple of new tyres. Great friendly service to a first time customer, I will be back again. Thank you!

Got new tyres fitted on our Mercedes here and they put nitrogen in place of air. Good deal on tyres.

Our Rental car company has been dealing with JAX Tyres since they commenced operations in Port Macquarie. They offer us a premium service for our fleet that none of the others were able to. Its a one stop shop for all our vehicle needs. The team there have always been courteous and honest and have dealt with any issues we have had (although very few issues) with true professionalism. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We started a recent weekend stay in Port Macquarie very poorly with not one but two run flat tyres destroyed. It was a stressful way to start our well earned break but Shaun and the team at Jax through great service and communication eased our pain no end. Thanks to all!

Was more interested in telling a lady with a flat Tyre it’s not worth repairing because it’s on the tread wear indicator. Two blokes trying to convince her she’d be better off with 4 new ones to which it took 5 minutes for her to refuse. They walked out and after a couple of minutes I walked out not served after listening to old lady say “they always try to get me for more! ” to see two of them mulling over the Tyre still! Lost my business & probably the sale they were trying to con her out of!

Awesome service. Went out of their way to help with a puncture. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Shaun was extremely helpful and was able to locate the rims we wanted. All staff extremely friendly and willing to help.

The guys offered me great advice on various tyre options that would suite my vehicle, which I was happy about. The tyres weren't in stock which wasn't an issue and 2 days later they were installed and ready to go.

Traveling up from Vic and starting to get worried about the trailer tyres. Called the with three hours notice. Pulled in, and out in 30 minutes. Great advice and service.
