JAX Tyres Port Macquarie

Always very helpful and I have never had to wait very long for my car to be dealt with. All of the staff are very pleasant and friendly, I have never had a bad experience at Jax, well done to you all.

Absolutely terrible experience. Do not recommend at all.
Two quoted prices for a 120k service of a mazda2 with explicit instructions of:
1. Oil & Filter change 2. Air filter change 3. Cabin filter change 4. Spark plugs changed 5. Coolant flushed and replace 6. Brake fluid flushed and replaced.
From the franchisee (Norris) $559 and then the service manager (Tim) of $499 was eventually charged at $837 WITH NO CONSULTATION OF A PRICE INCREASE - AND UPON INVOICING NO REASON WHATSOEVER FOR SUCH A LARGE VARIANCE OF $338 INCREASE IN CHARGES.

I’m still chasing the difference in cost in terms of a refund.

Extremely, extremely disappointed.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Able to get what I needed quickly and able to fit me in to put on the new set of tyres quickly even though very busy.

Esperance Motorhome with dual rear wheels.
Had a failure on the inside rear.
Limped into Port Macquarie from Stuart's Point.
So big shout out to Jax tyres at Port Macquarie
Repaired the inside tyre used it as a good spare.
(My request)
New tyre on the inside.
Fitted new (rigid) valve extensions to BOTH inside tyres.
Balanced it all up.
Only 220 and 2 hours.

I had freshly painted rims that I was anxious about getting tyres put on but the guys at jax took great care and not even a scratch on my rims! I will definitely be using JAX again and will recommend to others.

We use Jaxs for our WTTC vehicles and are always courteous and professional in their work, if anything needs to be rechecked it's no problem or too much for them. Make an appointment for quick service, and I have seen them helping a stranded customer that needed a hand to get them out of trouble. An extra mile service.

Useless. Gone down hill big time since Shaun left. Rang and called as I needed one new rim. And asked if they needed to measure it to get the correct one. They said yes so I went in. They ordered the rim. It was the wrong one. They apologized after trying to fit it realising only then it was wrong. I get it accidents happen. So a different guy comes out and says sorry it's usually me who does this. He measures the rim. New one is delivered day later. Take it in for fitting and wheel alignment. Get a call. Sorry wrong rim again! And we have snapped your wheel studs. They really need someone in there who has a clue on what there doing

We were here on a short holiday, got phone call from reception at motel we were staying at informing us that we had a flat tyre, we had 3 places to choose from to ring. So I rang Jax first they said bring it down and we will fix within 2 hrs. We couldn't believe how friendly and helpful they were. Thanks so much guys you made our start to the day less stressful then what I thought it was going to be.

The service is great. Very polite staff, the guys are very knowledgeable with all aspects of the business. Nothing is to big a problem for them to fix. Our family all go to Jax with all our cars. Three generations of us.
