JAX Tyres Port Macquarie

Been a customer for 4 years now. The service and pricing is always great. I'll be coming back for many years to come.

After effectively being told to buzz off by the local Ford dealer, the Jax mechanics were courteous, helpful and had my car fixed the next morning. I suggest car owners should dump their local car dealership for service and go to Jax.

I have always found the team at Jax Port Macquarie o be efficient and friendly. I have been taking my older model car there for many years and they have looked after all mechanical and tyre needs, explaining any issues and working effectively to fix them

More than happy with prompt, friendly, efficient service from Jax Port Macquarie. I had 6 tyres fitted to my motor home. Now I cannot go anywhere in lockdown.

The legends at Jax tyres and auto stayed open for us on a Friday afternoon just to fit 2 of my tyres that blew out on the freeway. Amazing, kind and friendly staff and I would recommend them to anyone in the area or passing through

These guys went above and beyond, we were heading to Qld from Sydney when we had a flat tyre just out of Kempsey. I rang everyone in Port maquarie and kempsey and no one had a 20 inch tyre in stock. The boys at jax port maquarie got a courier to bring 2 tires down same day. They were closing shop at 5 pm but stayed back till 5.30 when tires arrived and fitted them up. We were able to head home. I discovered that I had a slow puncture on the Thursday before Easter, and although JAX were very very busy they managed to fit me in and make a speedy repair.
I thoroughly recommend JAX for their excellent service and very competitive prices.

Called in there recently to get a quote on new wheels and tyres for my 4x4, the guy behind the counter was busy so he asked if he could call me back. He took my contact details and details of what wheels/tyres I wanted, a week later still no call. Must be comforting to have that much business you can turn work away? Thing is, I also run a business with 9 vehicles in the fleet, your loss. Tyrepower were happy to take my money.

Very good service, certainly know what their doing & my car was returned without a even a finger mark on my very expensive rims. Well done Jax.

Due to drive back to Sydney but had a flat tyre the day before. Showed up to their shop at 7: 45 am following morning with booking. No issue helped me out straight away & was driving out of their shop half an hour later. They fixed my tyre & put my spare back in the boot with my subwooper reconnected. All of that for only $35. On our way to Byron bay, two of our tyres got damaged and they managed to source the same tyres from Brisbane overnight and changed very next day, saved us a lot of troubles.very happy with their customer services.

Matty kahn at jax port Macquarie is the best tyre fitter in the game and does an alignment like a boss! Rest of the staff are super super helpful and always trying to save their customer a buck wherever they can I wouldn't go anywhere else in town jax tyres port mac your the best guys keep it up!
