Was sent here since JAX Marrickville had no PSP4S. I am not local but and had no reservation but they fit me in.nothing was wrong with my tire. This is why I love JAX. I would never go anywhere. One of the best Christmas gifts I received this holiday seaosn. Thanks, guys!

These guys installed some air shocks on my Ute in Dec 2018 to raise it up! They are still going strong 1 year later and with the Ute fully loaded it still stays high.

Friendly, fast and good value - no reason to go anywhere else really.

Dropped in quickly to book the car in for new tyres, they went through the options available and ended up selecting a set and had them fitted and aligned in less than an hour saving me an extra trip.

Owner Scott is a good operator and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely going back in the near future. Service was quick and efficient.

Pretty good customer service. One or two faults tarnished the experience. They failed to inform me they were doing wheel alignment (was planning to go to a mate for this) and it costs extra to do so and wasn't quoted this over the phone. Only found out when I was paying the bill after they had done it. Also I took my old tyres and rims back home, so no disposal/waste tyre management was required however I still paid $18 dollars for a 'waste tyre management' fee which isn't great to see on the bill. My fault for paying it but please beware of hidden charges that aren't explained clearly

Great team at Jax Artarmon. I needed some replacement tyres in a rush and the guys got the stock on overnight and got the work done by when I needed it. Easy and clear process from beginning to end. The prices are also very competitive. Will definitely be back in the future.

Fantastic service. Blew a tyre in a pothole and needed a replacement. Super quick (30 mins), friendly and honest.

I did my homework when buying my specific tyres, Jax were competitive. The staff are very efficient, the tyres came in the next day after ordering them over the phone and booked in the following day. Due to my work I had to change my booking twice and on the third time, I came in outside my booking time. The team accommodated/ juggled me in politely which I was very thankful for. The team were fast when they changed over the tyres and did my wheel alignment whilst I enjoyed their complimentary coffee, reading a newspaper in a clean reception area, which was relaxing. Always a pleasure to deal with Jax Artarmon.

After being told I'd have have to wait 2 weeks by other tyre places because they were too busy with end of financial year sales, these guys had me in and the puncture fixed the following morning.polite and really happy with the work done. I'll be back!

Scott and his team are awesome - service is always excellent, they know their stuff, and they are a great team. I don't take my cars anywhere else.

Very surprised with these reviews. Replaced a tyre today and I definitely received very standard service, if anything less than average - the guy seemed uninterested to answer my queries (standard questions pertaining to functionality, safety etc.) I felt brushed aside fairly quickly as if my concerns weren't valid or that I should know better (well if I'm the expert I wouldn't be standing on my side of the counter). Fast turnaround? Perhaps. Good pricing? Maybe. But I know good service when I experience it, and this definitely wasn't it.

I am a long time customer of Jax Tyres, Artarmon. Service and attention from Scott and the team is always friendly and accommodating, even when I have turned up without a booking. Yes, there have been times where I have been advised that the day is fully booked and was only too happy to return at a time where my needs could be addressed.

The whole team were great to deal with. The turn around time was great, after I damaged two of my wheels and tyres the guys had my car ready for me the next day. They also went above and beyond to speak with my insurance company to help get my claim processed quickly. Would highly recommend JAX Tyres Artarmon.

I have had experiences with many mechanics, but this was the first place where I've felt that they go above and beyond to make your experience with them convenient, whilst providing you with top quality work, and excellent service. Very professional and skilled staff here. They know how to deal with customers and do a brilliant job. I had a shake in the car at 105kph and they sorted it out. Two other places couldn't. I only wish I'd have known about them sooner. This place is worth travelling for.

EDIT: Back again to fit some brakes and again the team there went above and beyond. Not only did they change the brakes in a good amount of time but showed me the components that came out of the car and pointed out the issues with the existing brakes. I noticed they did this with other customers who had issues with holes in tyres etc. Again, an excellent service and one that can't be matched.

I’ve had a puncture fixed at Jax Tyres Artarmon twice over the past couple of years. Initially I chose them because of their high review scores & wondered whether the guys at Jax are really as good as the reviews say. It turns out they’re the real deal! These guys will get you back on the road with no fuss & no ridiculous upsell. On both my visits, booking was easy & the car was fixed in under 20 mins for less than $50! If you need quick, professional service at a very reasonable price, this is the place to go! Thanks again guys
