When my wife's car started making worrying sounds, i popped in to Jax without an appointment. Jax's team promptly diagnosed serious issues – a cracked ball joint and a bad wheel bearing on different front wheels. Despite her urgent need to drive to Canberra, the Jax team's dedication to customer satisfaction shone through. They went the extra mile, securing the necessary parts and keeping us updated every step of the way.

Though there was a slight hiccup with part delivery, their swift resolution left us in awe. They not only apologized but offered us a brand new vehicle (The owners own personal vehicle!) for her trip.

I’ve always brought my cars here and despite not having fancy cars they always are helpful and courteous. Today came in with. No reservation and a leaky tire. And they were able to assist me immediately. There is free coffee and wifi. What more can you ask for from a tyre installer. I will always come back here.

After damaging my front tyre (thanks to Sydney's giant pot holes) The people at Jax tyres replaced the two front tyres, put the spare tyre back in the cradle under the car packed the jack back in the storage compartment and tyre blacked all the tyres, great job, and all done in the time frame quoted.
