Service was excellent, price was good as they charged the same as the price we paid in November, thanks Brendon.

When my husband asked about the outcome of the alignment he was just given the paperwork because they were too busy to explain. Perhaps they may be impacted by Covid and staff shortages but how long would it have taken to provide some basic info on the alignment and whether they recommended tyre rotation.

Response to Owner after his comments. Thanks for that. I have altered my review and rsting to take into account that my husband asked if you could do extra work that had not been booked. I was unaware of that.

However, I have double checked and he said you were too busy to quickly explain the outcome of the wheel alignment for which you had been paid. Since one of our tyres seems to be wearing more quickly than the others that was important to us. We still don't know why that is happening.

Could not get better service and customer care. I take my car here for pink slip every year and tyre check, nitrogen etc. They always do something extra for free, or check something extra which is so appreciated, they just want to make sure they do a good job.

Scott gave great customer service from the first call to the tyres being fitted. Appointment was on time and the guys doing the fitting and alignment were fast and efficient and even cleaned my wheels. Scott gave good advice about tyre maintenance and as a bonus, re-set a couple of notifications - one of which couldn't be fixed by VW or my mechanic. Couldn't ask for better service.

They came to our rescue when I discovered a nail in a tyre. The repair took just 20 minutes and the bill was extremely reasonable. Friendly people. Will return when next I need tyres serviced or replaced

Fast and professional service. I was able to book, have my tyres repaired and pick up my car very smoothly. The team kept me in the loop on what had been done and were flexible to accommodate my schedule on drop off and pick up.

What sets Scott and the team at Jax Artarmon apart though is service. They were able to source exactly what I wanted, and did so far quicker than expected. When I arrived, my car was treated with respect - everything was pre-tested for fit before finalisation, and looked after as if it was their own. Not only that, but the team were really friendly, asking and answering questions in a comfortable (yet COVID-safe environment).

I will absolutely be returning.
