Advice is to shop around!
*Contractors were rude, disrespectful and at times workmanship and quality of work extremely poor. Many of times we had to request to have trades return to the site to repair work completed. We were grateful that In house compensated us for the major work completed by one of their contractors.
*In house staff communication was extremely unprofessional and misleading.
*Advised to review your contract as we were referring back to this many of times throughout the build.
*Process took a lot longer than 16 weeks (average time).
*To have direct contact with In house owner and Fair Trading services demonstrates how poor the workmanship was of this company.

We are pleased that the process that commenced in October 2018 was completed and finalised on 22 March 2019.

Inhouse is the company you can trust and reliant on. It was a pleasant and stress free experience working with Inhouse team. Under the owner George’s leadship, everyone in the team worked seamlessly and always had their customer’s needs as their priority. George and Kevin from market team even went to extra length to help me address the demolishing issue I encountered prior Inhouse work starts. Their professional work ethic and high-end of the customer services impressed me. I highly recommend the company to everyone who look for grannyflat building.

I would like to highly recommend Inhouse as your granny flat service provider (not only builder).
I have spent quite long time on the market to search who was able to build an "attached" granny rather than stand alone one. Most of builders rejected or hesitated to get work done. The Boss of Inhouse said "we can do that because we are special". It later turned out a excellent solution to attach our 70s house with a lovely granny especially the joint roof together.

Kelvin as front-to-end sales consultant did not only quote to us and sign contract, during the whole project, he popped up many time to assist project when there was an issue or something needed to be discussed.

Steve, as project manager, is nice and easy-going gentle who are willing to hear customer's need and provide solution. We have some custom design and special needs which he eventually organised to achieve. Even landscape is not part of contract, he still help us do some preparation and offer some decent ideas to make it even better.

In a nutshell, Inhouse is not just a company to build but a company to provide hassle-free solution to clients. We are 100% happy with the service and granny they built.

I have recently build the Granny flat with Inhouse Granny flat. Very much happy with their services. Construction was done quicker then expected. Initial consultation done with Tony who gave me the confidence to start build the Granny flat.
However Kevin has helped me out with the planning and design. Kevin is very kind and well looked after me. He was really helpful and assist me to choose custom design due to the land of my property. He even helped me out with modifying thing around the granny flat. What a professionalism with passion to do the job with satisfying client.
Foreman Steve was excellent and thorough to get jobs done efficiently. He was always very helpful and always update me with everything and when thing going to be happening. Big thanks to Steve as i am not knowing anything to here i am now learned lot from him as he was so patient to explain and go through thing with me.
Alex was great and helped me out with my ground work. Really impressed by his work.
I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a granny flat builder look no further and talk to the In house granny flat team and they will help you out with anything and everything and trying to help out side their box if necessary.
