The entire project went very smoothly and George made some very helpful suggestions on my granny flat.

I build my granny flat two years before. They are very honest and reliable people. Tony he gave us reasonable quote and very good communication during the construction times. I already recommend my friend, he also finished with them without any problems. I highly recommend these guys.

Inhouse granny flat did a wonderful job building my granny flat. I had many design requirements and Rashmi was able to capture them all in a customised design.
The few things that I appreciated the most from InHouse was the quick, clear and positive communication throughout the whole process. Nothing was too difficult. The extra mile, they always went the extra mile for me and the professionalism of all the team and tradespeople.
Thank you to Tony, George, Rashmi, Sharmila and especially Steve for all your help. I would not hesitation to recommend inhouse granny flat to all my friends.

The granny flat has been done since July but because of different compliances that keeps on adding up and communication being slow on their end we haven't move in. I really do hope they read this review so they'll be able to do something about their slow work ethic.

Best Builder In Sydney. I have the my Granny flat with them back 2018.
Steav (Foreman) did a great support during construction and even after 2 years he is standby to help.

Tony is the best with all the pricing and his valuable advise.
Great team InHouse.love your work. Keep it up.

If you are thinking of building a granny flat, you should strongly consider these guys. We had a fantastic experience and even though construction is
now complete, they are still following up with us to ensure everything is to our satisfaction. A quality project from start to finish. Thanks to George, Tony, Steve and the whole team at IHGF. If we ever built again, we would not consider any other company.

We were amazed at the ease of the build, how they were able to be so flexible, and the great communication and professionalism. The granny flat looks great and rented within a week of being built.

In House completed my granny flat in 2017. Over all it was a OK experience but I am disappointed just 3 years on I am needing to replace all the taps in kitchen and bathroom as they were cheap quality to start with. As we tenant this property out, It just failed the water efficiency testing and all taps need to be replaced so disappointing this is happening on a 3 year old build. Regards Brian Baker

The build phase has commenced. So far going well despite some confusion over original design. They have listened and adjusted to suit my requirements. A very adaptive and responsive team. Have recently completed a build with InHouse, didnt have any major issue. My supervisor Steve was very easy and accommodating to deal with, was happy have a chat when I get a hold of him. Addressed issues as they came up and provided recommendations where required - top notch guy! Also cant forget Kevin my sales guy, again easy to deal with and happy to have a chat. I have referred a few people over already, and would use these guys again!

Terrible builder, what a dilemma! We went through lots of difficulties with them, very dishonest and they would make your built a complete hell. Unfair variation and charges!
Horrible team, horrible people. They know nothing about costumer service, lots of delays. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Terrible experience, to make it easier i just agree with all the bad reviews on here, i just sorted them out from lowest ranking first and was reading them and i agree with all of them, that's the same experience my poor uncle has had, he doesnt speak english and i was the one who helped him find a company, i only called 1 company and i regret it now.poor service, once they have your money you see the true colours of the company, they hide behind fancy pamphlets, brichures, websites, but it's all very very bad - please avoid at all costs, it's too late for us but we can still help you.

My granny flat has been completed and I am extremely happy with the final result. The quality of workmanship is to a high standard and all tradesman who attended my property were always very polite. In every building project there will always potentially be minor issues that can arise and I make my judgement not on the issue itself but how the issue was resolved. I was extremely fortunate to have Steve as my foreman throughout this building process as he was always with me every step of the way, his ability to listen and understand my instructions, his attention to detail, his professionalism, his problem solving skills and most importantly his people skills are invaluable which makes him a huge asset to the Inhouse Granny Flats team and to any client that he works with.

It has been a pleasant experience working with Inhouse for the Granny Flat project which we had expected to be long and stressful. Inhouse has taken care the project from design, approval to construction, all of the steps have dedicated staff to support and work with. The sales manager Kevin has been extremely helpful who provided lots of advise and suggestion along the project and coordinated in each step to make the project go smoothly. The biggest strength of Inhouse is that they have a full team for construction which covers all the jobs involved in building and therefore without the delay in waiting the schedule between each job comparing to other builders who have to contract out some or even most of the jobs, the efficiency of construction is incredible, my granny flat has been built in 2 months time, isn't it amazing? !

Very efficient grannyflat builder. Highly recommended to see Kelvin sales consultant. He's not just an ordinally salesman. But he will go extra miles to help you out untill handover. A dedicated professional treated as his own business.

Very pleased with result. Steve the manager was very helpful and positive and other staff were helpful. Our friends have Inhouse granny flats and they recommended them to us and we are happy. Good team, set prices and only took about three a bit months. Harp.and Harjeet

It brings me much disappointment to have to share this insulting review but my husband has pushed me to do it because of how it's made me feel over the past week since it happened. I called up the office as i did with another 2 companies to ask for some information, the person i spoke to was average and not as informative as i'd hoped for but information was given to me that i asked for but then i needed to get off the phone because my break at work had finished and i said i'm sorry i have to go and i'll call you back. I then accidentally pressed the number 9 on my phone instead of hangup button so it made a beep noise, so the inhouse person i was speaking to must have thought i hung up and thought i couldn't hear anything but i was still on the phone and could hear everything she was about to say. All i heard was someone in the background next to her say 'Who was that' and she replied saying, "just another Indian" and then they both laughed, i then heard her colleague in the background start mocking the Indian accent and talking with strong Indian accents to each other back and forth back and forth and laughing and mocking the way i speak, then i said in a loud voice "EXCUSE ME I AM STILL HEAR AND CAN HEAR EVERYTHING YOU ARE SAYING" and then she said "Oh My God" in shock and hung up the phone, i called back and called back and nobody answered the phone. I was and still am so extremely hurt and offended that just because i come from India and have a strong accent that i am being spoken to nicely to my face but then mocked behind the scenes by your staff and company. You should be ashamed of yourselves for this kind of behavior and i pray to god no body else has or feels what i have felt. The beautiful thing for me is i have the freedom of speech to share my experience and what i have experienced with your company. I know one thing, i will never use or recommend you to anybody of my friends or our Indian community due to this. Thank you

Overall happy with the build. They did a great job!

But this didn’t go without the need to micro manage every trade and little detail. I feel like all I did on a weekly basis was ask what was happening with certain things, and when trades would be here.

Steve the project manger is their greatest asset, and is a kind hard working person.

Office staff are extremely poor with communication and disrespectful. I have never experienced such poor communication with a business before. Kind of shocking really.

We handed over in December just before Christmas, whilst there were a few minor details remaining we were happy with this. Then the trouble started. A suspected leak formed in our laundry.not a single person was available over their Christmas break to find out what to do nor were we provided information on where to go in such instance. The phones didn’t even have a voicemail advising of their Christmas closure? !? Anyhow, leak was investigated and We were happy with the outcome. BUT. I’ve been chasing in house for 5 months to complete the outstanding work which was minor, which wasn’t completed before handover and work resulting from the inspection of the leak in laundry. Sent numerous emails and text message and I have not had a single reply. Which is kind of disappointing really.

What should have been a 5 star review is now a 3 star review. I shouldn’t have to chase work or communication as a paying customer. Reply to emails and calls it’s not hard.
