In-house team did a great work at my project. Unlike other projects, mine involved extension of one part of the house while we lived on the other part. Tony, George, Carlos and Chris were phenomenal in their dealing with me and my family. Special call out to George who looked after us with great heart. Amongst many thinks, I will ask George to work with their plumbers and warb robe guys to be bit humble and care. Another area to improve is on the material selection. We felt like this part of the process to be rushed and we didn’t get enough time to select the material we wanted and promised by Tony.

However, all in all we are extremely satisfied and would recommend In house team anytime

We live across the road to a Granny Flat being built by your company in Kings Langley. We have recently, visited In House Granny Flats show room, trying to get some good advice and info on building a granny flat at the back of our property. As we have walked into the show room we were greeted by Nick, and he went into a lengthy detail in explaining the entire process to us; what is involved, all the pross and cons of different types cladding including brick. I was truly impressed by professionality and the level of customer service offered by Nick.
Following on from our we visit to the showroom Nick had organized for Tony to come to our place and verify if a granny flat will fit on the back of our block.
Once again when Tony came, (he came early, unlike most others who promise to come on time and end up coming late). Tony looked at our back yard and the first thing that impressed me about his approach was the honesty, what I mean by that is that he told us right upfront "do you want to do this, because it will ruin your back yard and diminish the amount of light into the back of the house because of the granny flat. I truly appreciate his honest and professional approach. During our conversation he explained all the pross and cons of building the granny flat at the back of our house. I was totally blown away by his professional knowledge, and his customer care and curtesy.

I can honestly say, that I would recommend In House Granny Flats above anyone else. By the way we have approached a few other granny flat builders, but none of them have given us the right advice, and outlined all the pross and cons to us like Nick and Tony from In House Granny Flats.

This is to confirm that the construction company, “In House Graney Flats” have successfully completed our 2-bedroom Granny Flat in Lidcombe, under a fixed priced contract with no hidden cost. Once we signed the contract, as promised by Tony, our Graney flat was completed in time and without any variations.

All works were completed with great precision, in line with the highest standards and expectations of us and with an excellent safety and environment record.

We engaged inhouse team for both a granny flat and an extension for our old house, both completed and nicely done (a big transformation). They take care A to Z durung this wonderful project, output especially 1 storey to 2 storey extenstion is overwhelming!
They got great designer reshma who helped us with a nice design and also, did custom design based on our special requirement.

When it comes to real building work George George George the Man to goto! Such a knowledgeable person in this building industry, he managed our whole project. George has got good people/team working with him. Whenever i called for any needs or issues George gets it resolved quickly (trustable/amazing communicator who explains in and out of the things/ suggests for improvements and with cost effective ideas/he always does the right thing!).
Post handover also when called for any tiny things too, george doesn't hesitate to come, alsways help us by resolving the issue.

Any improvements to think of, yeah probably with such a talanented and trustworthy inhouse team - they have to bit invest in their front office staffs who can help them to get it to next level!

Inhouse completed my granny flat in Kings Langley on November 2020 with no issues and as per the timeframe given, I was a little apprehensive going ahead as I was located in Tasmania but Tony assured me that he would take care of all the details and not to worry. Well Tony and his team at Inhouse certainly delivered on the promise, the granny flat looks great and built to a high standard with not one detail missed even the new letterbox numbered. Granny flat completed October 2019. Inhouse were very prompt in construction and communication. Estimated 16 weeks built time was on time. Kevin (Sales) and Steve (Foreman) are invaluable to the company. They help me go though the construction process with ease. No variations were charged unlike several other builders I have dealt with previously. I have recommended this company to friends and family. I have had no issues since construction completion and both Kevin and Steve have gone above and beyond to make this a prefect build. Their prices were extremely competitive.
