So I went today to buy earrings and get my eyebrows pierced and I wasn't happy with the piercing price as it is way too pricy for a single eyebrow so i told the guy that I'm going to buy the earrings and the eyebrows barbell from them but I'm going to get it pierced somewhere else. As soon as I told them that they changed their attitude completly and they went and served every single customer they had inside the shop and whoever came in and left me on hold deliberately. Not professional at all and the place is a rip off.

Went here the other day, Joseph handled the appointment. His experience and advice really helped my partner with her questions. Provided fantastic service and made my gf's day. Will definitely come back here for all future piercings.

Super professional and trustworthy place that is worth every single cent to get your ears pierced. Industrie8 may be a bit on the more expensive side and you may consider getting your ears pierced at Lovisa to save a few bucks. DON'T!

Industrie8 is amazing and they not only provide a comfortable experience when you get your ears pierced, they are genuinely great people to entrust your piercings to. Everything is clean, super hygenic and you're in good hands when you walk into Industrie8.

Best piercing shop around, if not ever. So much choice and friendly people ready to make all your shiny wishes come true, for a very decent price? Won’t ever go elsewhere that’s for sure!

Got my nose picered by becky, she talked me through everything to find the best suitable size and stud type for my nose type and lifestyle.

Explained the cleaning and healing process in depth and suggested to come in for follow up check ups.

Worth the money!

Staff are always so professional and friendly. Genuinely love coming in here knowing I’m in good hands and can have a good chat. 24 piercings and I would never get pierced anywhere else!

Would absolutely NOT recommend this place.
Came here to get 3 new piercings, during the appointment it seemed like they cared more about getting photos for their social media profile than they did about making sure my piercing was done properly. Obviously it's going to hurt, but in my experience a good piercer will put your comfort first. The staff also felt it was okay to make jokes at my expense, which would had been fine if we had been on friendly terms, but I had never even been there before. Highly unprofessional. And to top it all off, I'd been told that they only use "quality titanium jewellery" only to get home and find that Joseph (the owner) had pierced my rook with an externally threaded steel barbell and my forward helix with a plastic one! The only reason I didn't notice in store was because he had put a steel ball on the front end.
Go to Stone Heart in Darlinghurst. They're 100x better.

EDIT (17/06/2020) : As you can see from their response to my review, which came 2 years too late. Clearly unprofessional. To respond in such a manner just makes my points all the more valid.

The absolute best place to get piercings done hands down, I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are super professional, know so much about piercings and the healing process, super uber clean, have a great range of jewellery to select from and most of all, they're all so friendly. This is the 3rd time I've returned for a new piercing and I'm already planning my next one!

Love the staff and service! They consult with you every decision and spend time explaining and informing about your particular piercing. They're trained in a wide variety of piercings and everything is hygienically clean.

Awesome place to get a piercing. Jo and the team are amazing and are always there to tell you there truth about what will work for you.
Can be extremely busy at certain times and especially on Saturday.

Clean and almost clinical set up. Large range of jewellery for all sorts of piercings. Nice staff that make it feel comfortable.

Went there today, got an ear lobe piercing and an eyebrow piercing. The experience was great, nice workers and good quality jewellery. Only bad thing was the eyebrow piercing hurt like hell. Although thats not the worker or companies fault. Overall great job and would go there again.

Very quick service and always helpful. The staff know about what they're doing and if they don't, they will get the answer for you before you leave. Love the new location and larger shop. A bit pricey, but you're paying for quality piercings and modifications, quality and sterile environment and some of the best workers I've met.

Excellent and helpful staff. Got double lobes and the piercer was very nice and had a sweet conversation with her. Cant wait to come back

I travel from Canberra just to have Industrie8 look after my ears. They are professional, friendly and provide heaps of options.

Loved it. Got a nipple piercing and jewellery change for my nostril, belly button and other nipple. Very polite, sanitary and professional. Would not go anywhere else for piercings. Highly recommended ️
