Amazing service, everyone is so good at their job, they make you feel welcome and my piercings look incredible! I travel an hour to come see the team, definitely worth it!

Love love love this place so much I got my helix 2 years ago and Becky did amazing job with my ears and took care of the helix and knew which spot to place it and 100% listen and but extremely professional communication and the atmosphere is super welcoming, Loved family owned business! Joseph and his family are super wonderful people and truly friendly and made me felt welcoming at the same time couldn’t thanks you guys enough!

Always heard good things about this place and they live up to them. Customer service is exceptional, work is done cleanly and with a lot of consideration. Would recommended!

Went in today after overthinking a piercing - my mind was put at ease & I got over my fear because I trusted Joe straight off. So professional, the salon is clean, I didn’t cry haha. I couldn’t recommend more highly!

Poor quality jewellery that turns brittle after only a few weeks of wear and my piercing site got infected requiring a course of antibiotics from my gp so I question the cleanliness of this place.

The service is great but my two earlobe piercings were unsuccessful. I paid hundreds of dollars here on the piercings, the earrings, the aftercare and additional silicone disks. I came back for multiple check ups and followed aftercare instructions but my ears just got worse and worse. They were swollen very big and bled all the time. After 5 months, they still didn’t heal. My doctor had to remove the earrings today and the pierced areas closed up completely and are still swollen like a ball. I was told by Industrie8 staff that this wouldn’t happen because their technique is better than other places. It still happened. I’m especially disappointed because I was told the silicone disks would help but it only made it worse and more uncomfortable everyday. What a waste of money and time…

Joseph and the team are always on top of their game. Most professional, non judgemental and absolute quality and care. Unbelievable how they go about making sure everything is perfect. Make sure you book as they are super busy but rest assured you will be totally looked after. You won’t be disappointed.

5 stars for their piercers. They lost 2 stars due to the poor quality of their jewellery. They are so expensive yet tarnish so quickly. I found myself replacing my studs every year because the crystal would turn black.

I went here today and have been there before a while back, Very happy with their service again.

I came in to replace my helix jewellery and i was instantly greeted by (I think his name was Brad). He was really patient and helped me go through all my options. Would recommend going here!

I went to get some piercings today for the first time! I had heard many great things about this place but I was still surprised about how friendly, welcoming and professional the team were. Everytime I come here it's such a amazing experience! Joseph always looks after myself and friends where he makes personalise recommendations to suit our wants and needs. He has such a positive, cheerful and easygoing vibe that brings such trust and joy to the piercing experience!

Over priced and walked out unhappy. The son was the “trainee” and had no idea what he was talking about. Walked out extremely in happy and a piercing ball the size of my head on my ear lobe. Went home and took it out. Will not return.

Only giving 3 stars as you cannot call this place and no one answers messages.
Otherwise as a previous customer this place, this is where you want to get piercings done they are the gold standard.
Only if they improved on answering phones and returning messages.

The workers are super nice and helpful! However their jewellery isn’t the best quality. The waiting times are also really long! We were told it would be a minimum 1 hour wait to get help putting some earrings on.

I can not speak highly enough of the teams professionalism and my overall experience. I had a plan of what I wanted, they guided me in what would work best and the outcome couldn’t have been more beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this business.
