It was my first time at industrie8 today and Joseph provided me with exceptional service during my septum piercing!

Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!

I walked in without an appointment (with the intention of changing all my jewellery), not expecting to be served on the same day yet I was instantly greeted by Jaidyn. He was extremely friendly and managed to get me in right away!

I was extremely indecisive about my jewellery choices however, throughout the entire experience Jaidyn was extremely patient, comforting and helpful with styling my piercings. His customer service is on another level. He kept the conversation genuinely flowing to the point where i didn’t even feel the jewellery being changed.

By the end of it, not only did I love how the end product looked but the price was also reasonable. Extremely happy with my experience:)

I have been a loyal client for over a decade and love, love, love these guys. Becky has cared for my piercings for years now and love her work. She’s very attentive and knows her stuff. Joseph and Mai are fantastic at what they do. I highly recommend this service. They ROCK!

Cannot explain how impressed I was, having had many piercings before in many different locations, I'm sad I didn't start here and have everything done so perfectly.
In saying that, they are experts in their field so even with my previous piercings that weren't perfectly placed, they knew just what jewellery to put in and just what complimentary piercings would make these imperfections go unnoticed.
I definitely felt very welcome, the staff were very friendly and so helpful and I genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else for any other piercings or jewellery.
Their range of jewellery and creativity is out of this world and I was initially so overwhelmed by all the possibilities but like previously mentioned, the amazing staff knew just how to guide me through it and if I could give them a 6 star rating I would, unfortunately I'm limited to just 5!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. We booked our baby daughter for her ear piercing. The staff paid alot of attention to make sure she was comfortable and distracted while getting her ears piercing. The shop is extremely clean and well presented

Hey industrie8, i noticed you guys do snake eyes piercings.i've seen many piercers say that this piercing paralyses your tongue, be careful or you might get sued.wishing you the best!

Friendliest team! I came in with a cartridge piercing that hasn’t healed for over a year and the staff were great with replacing the earring with one that will aid healing

I was served by a worker called jaden.he was super friendly and helpful in choosing the appropriate jewellery for me and treating my infected piercing.overall, really great place with a large assortment of nice jewellery to choose from, skilled piercers and great hygiene.

I’ve come to this shop 3 times on a Friday Saturday and Tuesday the website had said is it open every time but when I call these people don’t answer the phone and when I go to the actual shop it’s closed OUTRAGEOUS

My daughter got her piercing done here, very professional and friendly staff, very welcoming, would definitely come back.

I decided to walk in wanting a double conch. Despite them being fully booked for the day they still made time for my piercings. They were super professional and hygienic. Although their prices are alittle higher than average I don’t mind paying extra if I know it’s going to be done properly and with quality. I’ve always had trouble healing piercings (that I’ve had done elsewhere) but I haven’t had a single issue or drama with the 2 I’ve gotten here. I’m definitely going here for my future piercing needs
