Visited IS for the first time today and so happy with my piercings! Larry is so professional, nice and I enjoyed my experience with her so much. Ken was also so personable. Both of them spent lots of time with me choosing the right jewels (from their HUGE) selection! Thank you to you both. Will definitely see you soon! X

A fine establishment. On impulse I decided to get a smiley face tattoo today. I got given a recommendation from a friend to try the tattoo parlour on the north side of king street (not to be mistaken for the south side). At first I thought they wouldn’t be able to fit me in for my smiley face tattoo as there was a large crowd of people. But, to my surprise they were able to fit me in for a 2: 15 time slot!
By 2: 30 I had a fresh new smiley face tattoo on my right wrist.
The tattoo artist (from what I recall his name was Nat) sat in the first chair closest to the entrance and was extremely professional, friendly and an amazing artist. If you’re reading this Nat.thanks.
On this occasion I did not opt for a piercing however I have heard they are fantastic.maybe next time!
Definitely would recommend- a quality experience that I look forward to having again.

My 11yr old daughter had her ears pierced here two weeks ago by Larissa. Although my daughter was excited she was a bit anxious, but Larissa was really gentle, patient and reassuring. The piercing went smoothly and the result was excellent. Great range of jewelry to choose from as well. So glad we didn't go to the chemist! Thanks ISA.

Disappointment after disappointment. I have 3 piercings done here, plus a re-piercing and although I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt (because the staff are friendly), something has gone wrong every time. Today was the last time I ever go back, after I had to pay $30 for a replacement bead for my compression hoop on my helix piercing - I had only got it pierced there 2 weeks ago and the jewellery already fell apart! I followed all their rules, and have been extremely careful with it, but was told it was my fault bc I "bumped it". I have given this place so much of my money and time, and I am done.

This place is so amazing the girls here are so nice and friendly and bubbly they are very professional in there work I got a piercing done and a beautiful lady named Danae she was so awesome! I loved her so much she was so professional and happy and bubbly made me feel I felt I knew her for years! She was amazing! She explained the procedures and cleaned the area several times which is very good shows they are very clean and professional in there work! It was quick and easy got to choose my piercing jewellery was really exciting the best place ever! I would definitely go back again!

My boyfriend and I just got pierced by a lovely guy called Jake, who was extremely professional, super friendly and didn’t mind to answer all our questions. Super happy with the results!

The staff here were awesome. This was my first cartilage piercing and I was so impressed. Jake was terrific and v professional. They take before and after care really seriously and they know their stuff.

Highly recommend Industrial Stength! Probably one of the cleanest and nicest places I've been for a piercing. I also highly recommend trying to get pierced by Lisa Deahne! She was very gentle, quick and knowledgeable!

Got my septum pierced here and previous to that got a tattoo. The guy who did my tattoo was really quick and experienced, did not hurt at all and the tattoo ink has not bled.
The girl who did my septum piercing was so lovely and she was really welcoming and made me calm before I got the piercing done. Would highly recommend coming here for a tattoo or a piercing and they are really clean:)

Excellent experience, everyone was super nice, especially the piercer Deahne. I had both earlobes and my nostril done in one sitting and she made me feel totally relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to get pierced
