Took my elder child in to get their ears pierced. Jake was our piercer and he was an absolute joy. Calm, informative and so very kind. The front of staff folk were also lovely. There's a general atmosphere in the entire studio that is very welcoming and accepting and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is looking to get piercings for their teenagers. Absolutely lovely.

I've had such great experiences here, and so have many of my friends. Larissa has been an excellent artist and has gone above and beyond in getting my piercings right and healthy! Cannot recommend her, and this store, enough!

My first visit here was for my 13yo to get her second lobe piercings. She got Dimitri who was so personable and reassuring, patiently and knowledgeably explaining each step of the whole process to my daughter. He easily got her to relax and did the piercings at her pace. Her younger sister was there and when her 10th birthday approached, she didn’t hesitate to ask to get her firsts from here - and specifically wanted Dimitri to do them. Dimitri was just as awesome on our second visit. He really knows how to put everyone at ease and gets a few laughs in the process.
All other staff we came across are just as friendly and professional. So now I’m thinking of getting a tattoo here just because I trust their service. Highly recommend!

From the minute I walked into the business, the staff were so welcoming, professional and made me feel at ease. Jacob did my piercing - he is fantastic! Although I was a bit worked up as I can’t handle pain, he had a calmness that rubbed off on me and talked me through everything both before and during the piercing. Would highly recommend them?

I’ve been getting pierced there for about 8 years now? Anyways they’ve always been helpful, reasonably priced and very hygienic in their practice. All piercings I’ve had done there had no alignment issues. Their jewellery is also good quality titanium and alike.

False information on their website. As i am only 16 i had to look around a lot to find a place that would pierce my nose for me and didn’t have any age restrictions.i looked into this place and they said that piercing were able to be done under the age of 18 with a parent with u.i thought this was great so i booked and travelled quite a long distance with a parent.once i got there the lady at the front desk let me pick out the jewellery and had me sit down to fill out this entire sheet with all my information and made me put it photos of id and parents id.then the piercer came out and proceeded to tell us that it was company policy that they don’t do facial piercing on people under 18.nowhere on their website did it say this at the time (and trust me i looked). I was very disappointed as they tried to convince me to get ear piercings when i had no desire to spend any money with them.would not recommend.

Thankfully read all the awesome reviews here so booked in to ask about piercings i had done elsewhere as they weren't feeling rite. As you enter you are genuinely welcomed and looked after. Dimitri was great! He took the time to really explain the processes properly, made me feel comfortable, and was super knowledgeable too. Thanks a HUGE bunch!:)
